Routine Wellness Anti-Thinning Shampoo & Conditioner - Rose Hips

I have tried many other brands to help address my thing hair, even top rated super expensive ones. They didn't hurt my hair but I do not think they ever did much either. Routine absolutely is fantastic! I went from a bob to hair past my shoulder blades in 1 year! The hair near my temples has filled in and I do believe it is thicker and healthier. I do still dye my hair and change color often but my hair is still healthy and shiny. Yes the price does seem steep but it is worth it. Unlike other brands, the normal size bottles have lasted my a full year! I bought the Christmas sent and everyone loves it. It is not overwhelming but very pleasant and DOES smell like Christmas! I do still have quite a bit of hair fall/shedding but not hand fulls like before. I do also take their vitamins and use the hair mask (but not as often as I should) which I also love. I would 100%+ recommend this product. The 1st picture was before I cut over 6in of healthy hair off because it got too long. The 2nd was my after hair cut and 3rd was the only close picture I have of before using

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for two months now and love my hair. It's soft and shiny. Feels fuller and easy to manage. The serum for hair regrowth actually has helped with my thining spots. Best product I've found for thining hair so far. Very satisfied. 😊

Okay this one definitely deserves a great review!! SO I take zepbound injection every week and been worried about loosing a lot of hair. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set for several weeks now, and it honestly surprised me more than I expected. I originally bought it because my hair had been feeling thinner around the front and crown area from stress, heat styling, and postpartum shedding. My hair also tangles easily and gets oily at the roots while staying dry on the ends, so finding products that balance everything without making my hair worse has always been difficult. The first thing I noticed was the scent. The Rose Hips fragrance smells clean, fresh, and lightly floral without being overpowering. It gives that “just left the salon” smell but still feels soft and natural. The scent stays in my hair for most of the day, and I’ve actually gotten compliments on how good my hair smells after using it. The shampoo itself lathers really nicely for being sulfate-free. A lot of sulfate-free shampoos either don’t foam enough or leave my hair feeling greasy afterward, but this one made my scalp feel genuinely clean without stripping all the moisture out of my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t have that dry, squeaky feeling that some anti-thinning shampoos leave behind. My scalp also felt refreshed, and I noticed less itchiness and buildup after about a week of use. The conditioner was probably my favorite part of the set. It’s rich and creamy, but a little goes a long way. I focused it mostly on my mids and ends, and it instantly made my hair easier to detangle. Before using this set, I would lose a noticeable amount of hair every time I brushed or washed it. After a few weeks, I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and less breakage while brushing. That alone made me keep using it consistently. What really stood out to me was how much healthier my hair looked overall. My hair started feeling softer, shinier, and fuller at the roots. Usually my hair falls flat the day after washing, but with this set it kept more volume and bounce without needing a bunch of styling products. Even my ponytail felt a little thicker over time. It didn’t magically regrow hair overnight, but it definitely improved the appearance and strength of my hair, which made a huge difference in my confidence. I also appreciate that the formula includes ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide, argan oil, and black seed oil. My hair tends to react badly to harsh products, but this felt gentle enough for regular use while still making my hair feel nourished. It also worked well on my color-treated hair and didn’t fade my color faster like some shampoos do. One thing I will say is that if you have very fine or oily hair, using too much conditioner can weigh your hair down a little. I learned pretty quickly that I only needed a small amount. Also, results definitely take consistency. I didn’t notice major changes after one wash, but around the 3–4 week mark I could really tell my hair looked healthier and shedding had improved. Overall, I genuinely feel like this shampoo and conditioner helped bring my hair back to life. My hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to manage, and it gives me that fuller, healthier look I was hoping for. Out of all the anti-thinning products I’ve tried, this is one of the few that actually made my hair feel cared for instead of dry and damaged.

I've only used this shampoo for a little over a week, but I've already noticed significantly less hair coming out when I run my hand through my hair. I am taking a hair, skin, & nails supplement so I'm not sure how much that factors in, but I hadn't noticed less hair loss until I started using this product. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5-- The bottles are very small for the price. I'm also not 100% sure how I feel about the scent. I got the rose hips one, and it doesn't smell BAD necessarily? But I feel like it has a kind of faint crayon-like scent under the rose smell. I'm not sure how else to describe it. Overall I am happy with the product and will continue to use it, and will buy more if it continues working.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It has nice light scent, makes my hair feel soft and silky and I have noticed thicker hair and new growth.

I had high hopes for the shampoo and conditioner after reading reviews but unfortunately it just did not do anything for me. The smell is amazing and my hair feels clean but there is still just as much hair in the drain as there was before I started and I have been using it for 2 months now. Needless to say I won't be ordering more.

I don’t understand why this isn’t rated higher- the conditioner feels like a deep conditioning treatment every single time I use it my hair goes from feeling like straw to silk every single time I wash I will never buy another shampoo and conditioner set and I’ve been buying it for friends gifts and they love it as well. My hair used to fall out and fill the drain every time I took a shower and I have noticed I do not clean out hair from my shower like I used to. I would say it has decreased my hair loss by 75%. This is my absolute favorite shampoo and I have tried multiple different sense and I love them all.

On first use, my hair is noticeably shinier, very soft, and has more volume. The scent is really pleasant without being too strong. The shampoo lathers nicely and the conditioner is rich, and detangled my hair really well. Overall, I’m excited about this brand! I took one star off because the size of the bottles are small for the price. So far, I’m impressed!

Okay, so I was skeptical because I know that my fine hair is DNA and that's that. Nothing will give us fine-haired ladies thick hair. Also, add ageing to the mix and the hair loss that inevitably comes with it and you have a double whammy of aggravation! But having said that, I'll try any product at least once, because it may deliver in other ways. I've been using Routine Wellness for about 2 months now. I have to say that my hair is softer and feels bouncier. It just feels really, really good. Is it thicker? I don't think so, but I'm not even halfway through the bottles yet (you don't need a lot, a dime size at most per shampoo). But I think it deserves more time - at least I should make it through the bottles first. Perhaps it's an "over time" thing, and I'll see some better fullness in my hair. Time will tell. So I'm going to stick with this product and see where it goes. But as of now, I'm glad I tried it. BTW: I ordered the orange blossom and jasmine fragrance and it's really lovely. I'll try a different fragrance next time just to mix things up a bit. Bottom Line: I can say right now that I'm very pleased with what I'm experiencing so far. It's expensive, yes, but I feel this is a quality product worth the $$.

I was sceptical about using a hair loss shampoo and conditioner, but it does seem to be helping. Also with my previous shampoo I used to have to wash my hair everyday but with this I can easily skip a day and my hair doesn't look greasy or lank. It is quite pricey but I will probably buy it again. It smells nice too and it comes with a pump dispenser option for the lid which is useful.
