Wüsthof Classic Ikon 4-Piece Steak Knife Set, Black, 11 cm

Glad that Amazon sells just 1, instead of sets. The Ikon handle is wonderful. If you like bbq, you should invest in 1. The weight is on the spot, the design, the feel of the ergonomic handle - you will be happy slicing steak every day :P. We use this to slice all the meat prior to serving. The only con that I can think off is that this steak Ikon knife is very sharp; I would be very nervous having others to use it. We have serrated plastic handle knives (Wusthof Zest Steak knife, ~$10 each). Guests can use these, and don’t mind washing in dishwasher. I only hand wash all my expensive Wusthof knives. If you are choosing between Ikon and Classic, I highly recommend Ikon. I own both Classic and Ikon knives and Ikon has the better handle.

These are not inexpensive but amazing knives. Very sharp and sturdy. I bought these for replacements for a whole set but if I would recommend any knives it would be the Icon series. I have an entire set.

Good Knife

Ma conjointe adore les produits Wusthof et elle voulait avoir des couteaux à steak. Comme elle a déjà beaucoup de couteaux Wusthof de la série Classic Ikon, j'ai décidé de lui offrir les couteaux à steak de la même série. Elle était très heureuse. De plus, les couteaux à steak n'ont pas de dents; ce qui fait en sorte qu'elle peut les faire aiguiser au besoin. Les mêmes couteaux peuvent également servir comme couteaux utilitaires. Je recommande fortement l'achat de ce produit
