Seems awesome for the money
I have only had this a few weeks . So longevity is not something I can speak to . Also I found this was just a little cheaper here than their website. This thing has been awesome . I’ve been on a number of scooters . This is the most stable and the most comfortable. Also the fastest . I have had it read 64 on the speedometer. I believe the speed was much closer to around 45. A little disingenuous to me. But not far for the advertised speed . I am also 250lbs . So probably reasonable . Tons of power . It is very heavy compared to your typical scooter. Super easy to put together . Easy to break down . I removed the seat plate altogether . Not my thing . But it does come ready for seated ride . It does start to get a little wobble it the very top end of speed . The off-road is great . I have other off road scooters and they are still a bit uncomfortable to ride off road . This rides very well off-road . The battery life seems to be great . Again I cannot speak to the long term . If you were looking at something like the iscooter off road (which I also have ) this is completely worth the little extra and you get so much more . Keep in mind it’s twice the weight as the iscooter . So if lifting is an issue for you , you might not appreciate this .

Great scooter, amazin support experience !
We had a slight issue with the seat and wanted to make if tighter, we wrote to support and next day they sent us a detailed video on how to fix it, which worked wonderfully. Scooter itself is a great value, performing as advertised in terms of speed and range.

You can't beat this!
What I like: Power, battery, lights, ground clearance, tires, brakes, CUSTOMER SERVICE! What I don't like: Suspension, folding POWER You really can't get more power than this at this kind of price point. In sport mode it just keeps pulling. You'll reach a comfortable riding speed and blow past it no problem. Throttle discipline is a thing here! One thing I'm mixed on is the throttle controls: they aren't explained well in the manual, but I eventually got it figured out. "Dual" is just sport mode with a more aggressive throttle curve and quick response. It has nothing to do with which motors get power: they are both powered regardless of dual being on or off. When "Dual" is off, there is a lag time between pressing the throttle and getting power, which is annoying and makes low speed maneuvers challenging. The "gears" (1, 2, 3) are ONLY speed limiters, nothing else. They do not affect acceleration until you approach the limit of each "gear". "Eco" mode just forces "Dual" off and "gear" 1, that's it. Eco seems useless since you can do that without a button. In summary, despite all the options, the only setting you want to use is "Dual" (Sport) ON to avoid throttle lag. It is pretty aggressive in this mode, but you get used to it. Once you do, low speed control is EXCELLENT! You can absolutely crawl up just about any incline if you wish. These motors have no problem producing nice low torque at any RPM you want. LIGHTS The front mounted headlights are BRIGHT and have a nice adjustable cutoff. They are held on with a single bolt though, so I have had to readjust them a little more often than I'd like. The taillight is nice looking however it doesn't get very bright when braking. GROUND CLEARANCE You'll have no problems getting over obstacles with this kind of ground clearance. I've taken it down rocky trails, over curbs, and even some jumps without a single contact between the chassis and ground. The tradeoff is you're pretty high up, so keep that in mind. TIRES The knobby tires have plenty of traction on or off-road. This thing is totally ready to hit the dirt trails which is where I feel it excels. BRAKES Brakes are super important with this kind of power and speed, and the brakes are up to the task. They are smooth and well controlled, leaving you feeling confident in your riding. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is key, since I've heard a lot of others in this space suffer here. All my interactions with customer service have been excellent. They are friendly, professional, helpful, and they are genuinely caring about your overall experience. I did have some issues with my scooter; however, they worked with me on the troubleshooting process, sent over some parts, and got me back up and running. Other companies could learn a thing or two from these guys. There's a reason I'm here writing this review. SUSPENSION I'm not quite sure what happened with the suspension here. They went with very stiff springs and no damping. The ride is very stiff, and I would even say harsh at times. I was able to compensate for this by airing down the tires, which thankfully is an option. I also get some wobble up front at higher speeds which is a bit scary, but I haven't had anything bad happen. I also inquired about softer springs or damping, searched around online, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe if you're closer to the weight limit this would be less of an issue. For me, a 150lb rider, this is the biggest drawback. I would love it if the seller could offer different spring weights or a dampened suspension upgrade. FOLDING Yes, it can fold, however, there is no way to secure the handlebars. This leaves them prone to swinging around, putting the screen and controls at risk of damage. I do not recommend planning to fold this scooter down regularly. Would I buy it again? YES! This thing is an absolute blast to ride. One of my buddies rode it and immediately bought one for himself. Everyone that has stepped on mine loves it. I think that says it all right there.

Fun, powerful scooter
I've had this scooter about 10 months now, although 5-6 were winter months and so it wasn't used. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's a blast to drive and is great for getting around town. It's a quick little scooter too when both motors are on. I throw some headphones on and run errands. It's a nice little bit of fun to break up the day. My only complaints are that it claims to be off-road, but it is extremely rough when you take it off tar. Really too rough to do it and actually enjoy it. I sorta regret not just getting one that was strictly for roads. Then the deck wouldn't be so far off the ground and I think those probably corner a bit better due to a lower center of gravity. Being so tall actually prevents it from going in my car's trunk too, which was a bummer. I can't transport it. (But if you have a truck or SUV you'd be fine obviously) Also, when it's single motor mode, the rear motor is the only one pushing, and if you hit bumps it feels like the scooter loses power for a split second. If you're going over numerous bumps, it can feel jerky, but that problem is fixed by switching on dual motor. I assume that's not a problem isolated to just this scooter though. So I basically just drive it in dual all the time. Battery longevity isn't a concern for me though. I really just ride it in 4-5 mile increments. But overall I'm very happy with it, and for the price it still seems like a bargain almost a year later.

Highly Recommended Scooter - THE BEAST
This is a BEAST !! Solid, great suspension, great electronics, good range- I bring my daughter (11yo) everyday to school, in level 2/3, single motor mode it goes up to 36mph, which is more than enough. It brakes extremely well. If you had a HiboyS2 style scooter this is definitely another level !! It is a fantastic purchase !

Fantastic Riding, Long Battery Life & Fast
Got this to use it for doing food delivery services and let me say this first, get acquainted to how it handles before going out and doing said service. It is an absolute blast to use. Didn't charge it yet and went 10 miles and the battery bar hasn't dropped yet. I wouldn't call it lightweight, you can pick it up but it is very heavy, more of a deterrent to try to steal it. Quite a smooth ride too. I can't say about durability yet since I just started using it and will update it later. The acceleration in sport mode is phenominal, I weigh 245lbs and gone faster than 50mph.
