The Boy in the Striped Pajamas: An Instructional Guide for Literature (Great Works)

I homeschool and this year we've selected all of our books from the banned book list. I was very happy to see this book on Amazon to go with the story. This book has worksheets by chapter groups. For example, the first section is chapters 1-4 then chapters 5-7 has a section and so on. There are vocabulary pages, make your own vocabulary pages, reading comprehension questions, creative writing and more. This is a must have when reading The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. And just a heads up, you should start the workbook prior to starting reading. We're going to follow up with the movie. I'm very happy with this purchase. Thanks for making things easier on homeschool Moms like me.

I've been looking for these supplement reading comprehension booklets and bingo found them here of course on Amazon. Great way to use to meet state standards in reading. Great buy!!!

Like the book itself this guide is used to make you analyze and think thru the story. The guide gives prompts and asks questions to make you look at the story more than one-dimensional. While the story itself has you thinking the guide really wants you to think thru how the world got where it got during WWII. I think this guide is hoping to make people think and help us to avoid a similar fate in the future.

Was purchased to use as a study guide along with the book. But, grandson's teacher's study guide was required.
