When the bottle of Gio de Aqua attired, the cap was no longer magnetic, and slightly different fragrance. I did some research on line and found out that the manufacturer had made those changes. So the answer the question, yes it is authentic.

Is this the original ?

No. It’s not the original. I think it’s a lighter scent than the original. Not bad though. This was supposed to replace profumo. It doesn’t come close.

Is the cap supposed to have a bluish tint and not match the black bottle?

There isn't a bluish tint on the cap of mine.
