Accent on Achievement, Bk 1: Flute, Book & CD

My child has to have this book for band class and wants to buy it for different instruments to learn them all! There's also an app and a website

This book shows finger placement images, has exercises, and is appropriate for someone just starting to learn to play the flute. I’ve only just glanced through to help my daughter get started. It’s also a great book if you used to play and want to just refresh yourself on the basics.

The book was perfectly fine and came a bit bent but to be expected from a book. The CD packet detached from the book but the CD itself was fine. The music in the book is fine for beginners but better if you have someone to teach you along with it if you have no experience. As an intermediate player, the beginning music is unnecessary and the songs are just review to a little complex. Overall, completely what you would expect for the book.

My 11 year old, going on 12 is in currently in beginning band at her school. Her band teacher wanted parents to buy this book.Daughter likes it but it also comes with a CD? Not sure if they use it.

Found just the book my daughter needed cheaper than I could have bought it locally and came in 2 days.

This book had the wrong CD enclosed with it (it wasn't attached, just tucked into the cover page). The CD enclosed was for a String Explorer book.

I have no idea but it's what the band director asked for.Came with cd/dvd but I don't think they've used it.

very useful book clear instructions and 10 year old is able to follow it came on time and in good condition very good service
