I finally decided to buy this lifesaver when it was 50% off a couple months ago. I can't believe I waited so long. It arrived in 2 days. The set up was very easy and even connected to my Alexa. The phone app is very easy to use. I have all hardwood and tile floors in my home with one runner in a hallway. This robot does a great job vacuuming and mopping. It has routine and deep cleaning modes. You can also chose the whole house or specific rooms or areas. If you put in on the clean genius setting it detects if it needs to be redone and will remop those areas again. The obstacles avoidance is excellent and not once has the robot banged into anything. It also has a camera so you can see in real-time where it's going. You can send it out to cruise around and check on pets etc. Another great thing is it goes under most of my furniture so no more trying to get every inch under my beds. The camera is great if you drop something under furniture because this little suckered will find it. It also tells you how much life is left in mop heads, roller, etc. I like that it self cleans the mop heads and dries them. The only thing I have had to check myself is the vacuum bag as the app doesn't tell you when it is full. I haven't even filled my first bag yet. I recommend starting with a clean house and then run this to maintain it. There will still be a few places you need to manually clean that the robot can't get to and behind doors. I also want to point out how the detergent is used because there is a lot of confusion online and in the forums. The cleaning solution does not get automatically mixed with the clean water that goes inside into the robot as with most models and other brands. It automatically dispenses the cleaning solution to the base to wash the mop pads. You can follow the directions on the bottle and add in the amount they suggest which is like a cupful, I won't put anything in my robot as I have found it doesn't need it. It washes the pads before it mops so there is cleaning solution already on the mop heads and the robot dispenses water as needed. It will go rehash the mop heads multiple times during mopping depending on how you set it up in the app. This robot cleans my floors better than any mop or steamer I have owned. My family is always running around in their socks and they stay white! If you are on the fence just buy it, the time it has saved me is immeasurable. I also purchased the insurance so I have 2yrs on top of the 12 to 18 month manufacturer warranty. My only regret is that I waited to long and now it's $100 less than when I purchased. You won't get a better deal.

I've had a robot vaccuum for years and finally decided to try a vaccuum mop combo. I'm very pleasantly surprised at how well it works and I'm even more thrilled that it relieves me of mopping a large home with all hardsurface flooring. The Dreame is controlled via an app and with a pet in the home and people going in and out, the Dreame allows me to clean all areas or just specific rooms. It's fairly quiet and runs in an organized manner, I started out with the main living areas at first and was able to add additional rooms later. The containers for clean and used water are large so it's not necessary to refill every time, although I do like to empty the used water container after every cleaning. The Dreame is low enough to get under most furniture, it gets over and cleans low pile rugs and mats without issues. It recognizes obstacles and gets around them without getting stuck. I never thought a vacuum/mop would make me so happy!

I own a Roborock and love it, so when Mother’s Day came around I wanted my mom to have a robot vacuum and mop as well. She is 78 years old and does not need to be bending, mopping, pushing vacuums, etc. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat was on sale, had hot water mopping and several extra features, so I bought it for her home. She absolutely loves it. She runs it often and keeps telling me how clean her floors look. She used to own an iRobot Roomba but stopped using it years ago because it would get stuck, stop in the middle of the house or just wasn’t cleaning very well. The Dreame has been the exact opposite experience for her. The main features that really impressed both of us: • It heats the mop water at the base station, so the mopping is more effective and dries faster • It washes and dries the mop pads automatically, so there is no damp smell • The mapping is accurate and it does not get lost or stuck • The suction is strong and handles carpets, wood and tile • All she needs to do is empty the dirty water and refill the clean tank Everything else is automatic. It vacuums, mops, returns to the base, washes pads, and dries them. The app is simple and she figured it out easily, which says a lot because she is not a phone or gadget person. This gift made her so happy. She doesn’t need to worry about vacuuming or mopping anymore, and her floors look cleaner than they have in years. For anyone looking for a robot vacuum for older parents or anyone who just wants less work around the house, this has been excellent.

This is my second robot vacuum/mop. While my previous, less expensive model served its purpose for three years, it got tired and i needed to upgrade. After some extensive research, Dreame robots consistently topped the lists, but their premium price tag held me back. Eventually, a fantastic Black Friday deal made the decision easier. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat arrived well-packaged and was a breeze to assemble. The clear instructions made setup a straightforward process. These do-all robots are not small appliances, but the sleek design and high-quality build prevent it from being an eyesore. I encountered a minor hiccup during the app setup process. The QR code on the robot led me to the wrong app, "Mova Home." After much frustration with that app, I discovered the correct app, DreameTech, and the registration and connecting to the WiFi was surprisingly fast and simple. Following a series of firmware updates, I initiated the initial cleaning cycle using the DeepClean mode. The robot quietly vacuumed the hardwood floors, and after a brief delay, the mop pads became sufficiently wet. It systematically cleaned the room, utilizing the side mop to reach edges and corners. After completing a room, it returned to the base station for a thorough mop cleaning cycle, which produced some noise but was not excessive. The robot seamlessly transitioned between hard floors and a small carpet under our kitchen table. It increased suction power on the carpet, effectively cleaning it. It took about 90 minutes to complete one full pass on the apx 700 sq/ft main floor. Then i think because in DeepClean mode, it spent another 30 min revisiting a number of areas including the kitchen and left behind some very clean and shiny floors :) So far it's surpassed my expectations on simplicity of use, low touch and quality of clean. It's well worth paying the full price and even better if you manage to find a sale. I would recommend this to a friend without hesitation.

This is truly, truly a dream! It vacuums and mops so beautifully! And even removed residue buildup from previous cleaners on my laminate and vinyl floors! It’s was so easy to set up-I did it entirely myself-(and although I’m your gal if you are sick or come to ER as a 20+ year veteran RN-I am NOT the tech savvy human in my home-lol-my three kids laugh at my naievete when it comes to tech)-I quickly and easily set it up withing minutes. It mapped itself so brilliantly! Uses far less water to get a fantastic scrub and clean than traditional methods-and-best of all-when I was busy composing a homemade 75th celebration from scratch in my kitchen-it was dutifully vacuuming and mopping whole house to get ready for guest arrival! YAAY! ! I can’t say enough good things about this! And truly-as someone who thrifts and and looks for value for dollar in all my purchases as a single mom of three-this is worth every single cent. I have two dogs on top of the kids in my 1250 sq ft home and I use it daily to every other day to maintain a somewhat ocd level of clean on my floors and it has far exceeded my expectations and already saved me countless hours of time and energy too! Win! Win! Win! If there is ever anything I want to take advantage of when it comes to AI (and I am old school traditional lady by far in everything)-it’s this! You won’t be dissaponted! Excellent quality and function for its value. Purchased at discount, the Dreame exceeded expectation as a user of irobot. It is efficient, quiet and smart. The suction power is more than adequate for hard floor, seems to be okay with carpet. The mopping is quite good. The app allows you to adjust the mopping pattern and frequency per run to cater your need. My only challenge is getting familiar with the app. It's not easy because has a lot of valuable functionalities.

I tried six robots, each with different price ranges and features. One key takeaway: always choose a robot with a LiDAR head on top for navigation; it works perfectly. I initially chose the Laresar L6 Pro. It had excellent navigation and a great vacuum, but I felt it was too expensive for its inability to clean corners—why pay C$500 for that? So, I opted for a less expensive model to adjust my expectations. However, this cheaper robot lacked LiDAR and had poor navigation, with inconsistent cleaning times and difficulty finding its docking station. Another robot I tried had a terrible mopping function, with excessive water leakage or it would dry out completely. Eventually, I chose a LiDAR-equipped robot from Lubluelu (L15). It performed well, but cleaning the mop daily to manage moisture and odor became a hassle. Despite its functionality, it wasn’t the perfect solution. After extensive research, I found a robot with a mop extender and hot water mopping capabilities. This model has been the best among all I’ve tried so far. Thanks to Amazon for allowing me to test different models to find the best one. I made sure to clean each robot before returning it to avoid any damages, as each model had its merits and I wanted to be respectful in my returns.

Très satisfaite jusqu’à présent de mon Dreame L10 Ultra Heat. L’aspiration est vraiment efficace, il détecte automatiquement les tapis et augmente la puissance, ce qui fait une vraie différence. J’apprécie aussi le fait qu’il repasse plusieurs fois sur les zones plus sales pour un nettoyage en profondeur. Le système de nettoyage est très pratique, il se lave avec de l’eau chaude et le séchage à l’air chaud évite les mauvaises odeurs. La capacité d’eau est impressionnante, contrairement à mon ancien Tineco, je n’ai pas besoin de remplir et vider les réservoirs toutes les 20 minutes. Cela peut tenir jusqu’à deux semaines, même si, de mon côté, je préfère vider régulièrement pour garder l’appareil en bon état. Petit bémol toutefois, j’ai eu une mauvaise expérience à la livraison. Le robot reçu avait le couvercle supérieur tordu, qui ne se refermait pas correctement. J’ai du le retourner et en commander un autre. Le processus de remboursement prend du temps, ça va faire 3 semaines, j’attends toujours, ce qui est un peu décevant. Dans l’ensemble, malgré ce souci, le produit en lui-même est excellent et je le recommande pour son efficacité et son autonomie. PS : cela ne remplace pas complètement le ménage manuel. C’est excellent pour maintenir la maison propre au quotidien, mais un coup de serpillière à la main une fois par semaine reste nécessaire pour un nettoyage en profondeur.
