Ceiling Fans with Lights 52-Inch, Remote Control Reversi

Just installed this fan. Reasonable price and seems to work well thus far. Easy assembly and remote holder also easily installs on drywall. Stylish look. We got it in white. Happy with the product and price!

Overall the product is very good. The quality for the $ is better than expected, the features and function are better than expected. The builder of my home used a shallow electrical box in my lanai so there us very little room left for romex, wire nuts and the remote receiver. If the base cover was @ 1" larger in diameter the installation would have been much easier. (I also have large hands. (not helpful in this situation)

This is a great product and the light is very bright and convenient. Will order two more for other rooms in the home

Replaced my old setup with this one. Don't need speeds over four (even though there are six). Excellent product, excellent price.

This came with no assembly instructions. There is no information on an assembly or user guide on the product page, and nothing for this fan when I look on google. It's cheaply made, but whatever, you get what you pay for. Frustrating experience and have to return.

Update: The company reached out to me with the following reply:“ Lighting is available for preference setting. Setting method:1. Turn on the light with the 💡 button on the remote control and set the preferred color temperature and brightness. Hold for 10 seconds.2. Turn off the light with the 💡 button on the remote control and wait 30 seconds.3. Turn the light on again with the 💡 button on the remote control and the color temperature and brightness will remain at the preferred setting.After completing the lighting preference settings. Turn the lights on again, the lights will maintain the brightness and color temperature you set without needing to be adjusted again. If there is any problem with the product, such as lost remote control, faulty LED lights, broken lampshade, etc. You can all contact us, we provide free parts.”These lighting steps did not work consistently for me and it is not outlined in the manual.It is nice that they claim to offer free replacement parts which is yet to be tested, but even still it seems like a bad practice to use proprietary lights, especially as later on someone may not remember what company the fan is from and the fan will be mostly unusable as the person will not be able to track down where to get a new lightbulb from.Finally, none of this solves the issue of missing steps in the instructions, which makes the fan extremely difficult to install at certain parts. I have increased my review by one star as it is nice that the company reached out, but overall I still would not recommend this product.Below is the original review:——Installation:The provided manual is weak on details. A few times I found myself having to go backwards some steps just to redo something correctly that wasn't properly pointed out. The most important key missing step involves the top cover that touches the ceiling. The instructions show you that there should be two screws on the bracket that you attach to the plate but there are no screws. Instead you're supposed to loosen two of the four screws on the bracket so you can attach them to the plate. Issue is that it's right after the step where you wire everything so it's extremely difficult to fix.Function:Fan is very strong and quiet. The light is decently bright. Huge complaint though is there are not separate buttons for color change and turning the lights on and off. That means everytime you turn the lights back on it's a different color. This is bizarre and a huge hassle. Also it uses a proprietary light so if something happens to the LED you can't change the bulb, you need a whole new fan.Features:Basic with a remote. No smart features. Has a fan timer.Conclusion:I've already installed it so I don't plan on returning it, but I wouldn't recommend it. The base instructions were a problem but a one time problem. The lights changing each time you turn it back on is a deal breaker to me. No replacement bulbs really seals it. Skip this fan and find one that isn't such a hassle.

Worth the money , great quality , works great just as described . Easy to install .

The media could not be loaded. The Regair 52-inch fan comes disassembled in a box. It was well padded, yet one of the metal fan blade holders was delivered with a notable nick in it.There is only one down tube for the fan in the box, and it is ultra short, about 4 inches. I had to source my own 18” down tube.The instructions for assembly are not great, there are mistakes and some important details missing. Additionally, the instructions guide the installer to mount the fan motor to the ceiling before installing the blades and the light kit, which is a really bad idea. The blades and the light kit have small holes that must be aligned with the motor housing, which was hard enough to do on the ground, but would be absolutely dangerous on top of an eight foot ladder.The light kit has 3 hues or shades and it is dimmable. One shade has a harsh bluish tinge, very displeasing. Another shade is literally yellow. The only usable shade is a rather stark white, like hospital lights. The brightness is also not that bright.The remote is very useful and great to have, it has three timed mods to automatically shut off after 1, 3, and 6 hours. The fan also has 6 speeds.The operation of the fan is quiet and it does move a good amount of air. Overall I’m satisfied with it, and a reasonable value for the money, but I’m deducting a half star each for the poor installation instructions and for only providing a short 4” down tube.
