Can you wear it for acostume

Not really. It definitely isn’t meant for wearing. The helmet has a plastic barrier inside it to prevent it from being worn for your own safety. I guess if you were determined to wear it could try removing the barrier but then you would surely need to put some padding inside of it, otherwise you’ll just have a loose plastic shell spinning around on your head. It’s a beautiful helmet and I love mine, it’s just not made for wearing. Have a great day.

Can i use this to neck rotation exercises ? I mean attaching cable to the face mask and rotate the head , is it suitable for this use ?

Nope! It’s hallow and has no padding. Not suitable for wearing, just decoration.
