This book helped me
This was a decent book. It had good information and test questions that helped me pass my test. It was not required from my school to get so I got it on my own and it really helped me. It had a lot of useful stuff in there to make me feel better about testing. Thanks again

I want even more study questions
I found it to be a very useful resource. The study text itself is balanced and clear, making it easy to understand the complex concepts of Lean Six Sigma. The explanations are thorough, and the content is well-organized, which helped me in preparing for the ASQ exams. The practice questions are invaluable for testing comprehension and application of the material. However, I do wish the guide included even more questions to further solidify the concepts and provide additional practice opportunities.

Good pretesting workbook
The workbook is well put together and will help you study for your upcoming exam. It could have better definitions but overall it will do the job to help you study.

Not up to Standards
There are missing graphics. There are allusions to graphics not included, even alluding to "colored" items in this black and white print. Some of the books is explained clearly, some of it comes off as AI. The mock test questions at the end entail matter not covered or even referred to in this text. In a textbook about a course on efficiency, accuracy, and precision. The price and time to read it with constantly having to refer to sources not included in this book, is not a good "cost benefit analysis" or "meeting a CTQ." I read this as a secondary source for fresh takes on known material, and I'm questioning if it was a good idea. I may have missed the return window.
