I was really excited to try this since I’m an olive oil junkie. As soon as I opened the bottle, the smell was divine—absolutely amazing! The taste was delightful, and when I used it to cook chicken, the quality truly stood out. I also love that it’s organic, adding extra health benefits, and it cooks beautifully. Another great bonus is that it's a great value for the price.

This rosemary-infused olive oil is amazing! You can really taste the freshness and quality. The rosemary flavor is natural and not overpowering—perfect for drizzling on roasted veggies, bread, or pasta. I love that it’s cold pressed and rich in polyphenols too. The bottle looks beautiful on my kitchen counter, and a little goes a long way. Will definitely be buying again!

The Olive oil itself has a mild but noticeable taste, the star of the show is the rosemary. I would highly recommend using it for dipping bread, on sandwiches or making a pasta dish. The olive oil taste is not overpowering but the rosemary is strong. If you love the Macaroni Grill Rosemary bread they have then this is great for recreating that flavor. Overall highly recommended. I wouldn't use it for plain frying but great for adding after to the dish. The container had no leaking issues and was sealed. The size is a bit small, but a little goes a long way.

I love the flavor and the aroma of this infused Olive Oil. Its great for salad dressings, bread dipping and even popcorn. I love the extra health benefits with the added rosemary. The lovely can looks great on the table and the counter and is easy to handle when I need to open or close the cap. I highly recommend this Olive Oil. It give everything an extra kick of amazing flavor.

Excited this product is Organic, GMO-Free. Packaging is great and I wanted to support a small business which I realize was a big reason I purchased. Smaller than I thought it would be (you can see in the pic its roughly the size of my hand). I wouldn't call this a "fruity" EVOO. It has a faint lemon flavor which is not enough lemon flavor for our preference with pronounced tannins. We bought for salads so maybe it would be better to cook with.

This is a 175 ml can of organic extra virgin, chili infused olive oil from Heraclea. It arrived perfectly fresh and well sealed, in a small, attractive can. I really like that it is canned rather than in glass because that helps preserve both the olive oil flavor, and the flavor of the chili infusion. The label indicates the olives are hand picked on a family farm, and are of a single variety grown in Milas, Turkey. The green of the olive oil is tinged orange from the chilis. The flavor is good, and the spice level I'd say is medium to medium-hot. This is a great finishing oil for various dishes such as hummus, baba ghanoush, eggs, and soups. It would also be great as a dipping oil for bread, as long as you like some heat. It is also good to add to sauteed veggies that are intended for spicy dishes. As I'm writing this, the price for this oil is $15.99, which is a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way so it will last a while, and it's a great thing to get to treat yourself.

Wow! The Heraclea Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with rosemary takes my food up a notch in flavor. I sautéed veggies in it and didn’t need much seasoning at all. It’s perfect for searing a cut of meat. The smell is just as delicious. The quality is excellent and a great value!

Even with half of the amount of what I use of regular cooking oil, I am able to cook delicious food with this olive oil. This is really rich oil and ofcourse healthier too.
