I have tried a number of brands of mini-pcs of late and have returned many of them. FINALLY! This machine, which is a just a bit larger than the others I tried, has something the others did not have - astonishing power and fabulous graphics. I have a desktop gaming machine that is equipped with one of the latest NVidia graphics cards and an intel I-7 Intel CPU, 32 gig or ram, the works. It is a powerful machine BUT this little machine, with apparently an integrated graphics card blows my (former) main computer out of the water. AMAZING. Listen, do not trust me, order it and return it if it is less than what I describe. It crushes the most demanding video game I can toss at it. I have always stayed current with machines, demanding the best and most powerful, and then here comes this little box that costs much less than the graphics card in my desktop, and it has become instant king of the hill. I tried several other brands, finding none even close to meeting my standards, and then FINALLY!

So far so good, only up and running for a week now. Product was just as advertised. Fast shipping would recommend this product and seller. Wanted to add to the headline that comes with mounts so that you can mount it to your monitor.

The setup instructions were unclear, suggesting I needed to disassemble the PC and connect the video driver to a port—something a PC tech later clarified wasn’t necessary unless I needed to replace it. However, the instructions made it seem like I needed to do this right out of the box, which was confusing.After setting up the PC, it failed to launch essential applications like File Explorer, Outlook, Chrome, Adobe, etc. These apps crash every day, multiple times a day, forcing me to reset the PC every 30 minutes. I reached out to the seller for support, but their troubleshooting steps have been a wild goose chase. They asked me to reinstall drivers and Windows, which requires an external hard drive, adding time and cost. Even after following their advice, the issues persist.I’ve never had such a poor experience with Amazon. The reviews seem to reference different models, not the Gaming Mini PC Ryzen 7 7840HS I purchased. Please save yourself the frustration and downtime—look for another PC. I regret this purchase and am incredibly frustrated.

The media could not be loaded. Got this computer for girlfriend and she loves it. Only thing is the beeping. Literally *boop boop* every 1 to 2 minutes. Eventually it stops, but only when it's being used. If left on, it'll continue to beep over and over until you power it all the way off or even unplug it.If the creator or company and respond to this review and let me know how to disable the dang beeping, it would be greatly appreciated and I'll change the stats to 4 or 5 :)
