Great quality shackle!
It's made of thick steel. The red shackle adds a very nice accent to the back of my truck. Never used it, however it stays on the hitch for the looks.For any recovery gear, it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

You cant go wrong with Rhino
I’d been buying Jeep accessories for off-roading. Some I got from a different maker until I found Rhino. Their stuff is great. I’ve since replaced everything I had with the Rhino equivalent. The shackle hitch receiver is solid and strong, and it is a perfect fit for my 2022 Jeep Gladdy. I’m sure my Jeep would break before this thing would. I’ve been doing some serious off-roading and it hasn’t budged. I’ve been doing some serious off-roading with my Jeep and this thing holds up. I ordered the green. The vibrant bright Amazon picture is NOTHING like the actual item. The actual item is more like a 2 day old pea soup. I'm not returning or overly unhappy as it very likely still functions as intended. Just more of an FYI, if it's important to you.
