Very comfy, nice and firm without being too hard. They also keep their shape.

Great pillow, good support but very comfortable. Adjustable by adding or removing filling to your choice. Cool side of pillow is great. This pillow has definitely helped my sleep.

I only buy pillows with zips now so l can remove enough filling to prevent neck and back pain. I wasted so much money on pillows l couldn’t use and couldn’t return even though l’d only tried them for a few minutes. Sending perfectly good new pillows to landfill really bothered me, it seemed like there had to be a more intelligent option and l was glad to find it. I don’t know how long it will be before the pieces of memory foam become impacted, but at the moment the filling is soft and comfortable to sleep on. My only criticism is the persistent, strong chemical smell, l had to leave the pillows out on the line for 4 days before it disappeared.

it's awesome, should have bought a queen size pillow years ago! is two sided, with the the soft side having a nice level of sink, and a firm side for when it's hotter. Have bought lord knows how many pillows over the years. Have tried all sorts of combos, and fillings, memory foam etc ... this is the best I've found so far. Also comes with a tube of extra filling but not felt the need to use it at all

These get hot really quick, if you like a pillow that helps keep you cool then get something else, otherwise great pillow for the money

Pillows are a very personal thing. This one works for me. I like a pillow with some substance and this one has it. I've been so disappointed with many "brand name" pillows. This one did not disappoint. Great that it can be adjusted. I like mine a bit firmer so stuffed all the filling in.

I have always needed a firm pillow due to neck issues. These pillows are firm yet very soft and comfortable. They have the perfect height for me, but you can remove or add material to your comfort level. One side of the pillow has a noticeable cooling layer, which is great for those warm nights. Wish I ordered these sooner. Definitely worth the price.

I bought the pillow due to neck and shoulder pain. I got Koala pillows and they didn't live up to expectations and more expensive than these. I like that the pillow is customisable to suit the person. I didn't need the extra filling. I may have taken a few handfuls as it was too bulky. You can have it high, medium or low profile and adjust the cushiness. It's been great so far. It's been a few months and I'm happy with my purchase. There is a collo side for Australian summer which is a bonus. I would recommend the pillow to anyone who are particular with their pillows or who experience pain from sleeping.

This pillow is outstanding!! It is super soft and confirms to my body. The cool down part works 100%. I am currently going thru menopause and have hit flashes throughout the night. This pillow helped cool me down so that I could sleep better. It's the perfect king size pillow (I use it as a body pillow). The filling is soft and comfortable and there is extra for more support if you need it. I love that it's adjustable. It's just the right thickness for me. Not too thick, not too flat. Best pillow ever!!!

An actual firm pillow instead of just claiming to be firm. The quality of this pillow is amazing! I've shopped plenty of "firm" pillows from other stores that ended up being anything but firm. Those pillows immediately sunk in on the very first touch when I laid down. This pillow actually had the functionality of holding up under my head without immediately going flat. The cooling and color is nice with the added bonus of extra filling that you can use at your discretion. I barely used 10% from the bag of extra filling and the pillow is already more than enough. This is the quality firm pillow you want if you're shopping around for an actual firm pillow!
