Really happy with this brand of second skin!! Long review but this is an important product. Having moderate to severe allergies to most adhesives And latex makes finding a second skin a hit & miss. I read reviews of this and other products. From that I decided this was the best to try. I'm glad I did not choose anything else! My daughter had her first experience with second skin recently. The brand the tattoo shop used made her blotchy and was painful to remove. Not at all the case here! We both used this second skin as we were tattooed together. I am way more sensitive than her and neither of us had any reaction whatsoever. Just nice, smooth skin underneath! These is doing a great job protecting the artwork and helping our tats heal. I had a full day of chasing after my little one at a splash pad (not the greatest choice getting tattooed during summer) and nothing got through. This has adhered nicely to my skin even with a little Aveeno underneath. I'm on my second application for this healing process. I was definitely fearing removing the product as I've seen that others are painful. Even before getting it wet or using any soap, it was pulling up well. Not uncomfortable at all. I did use soap and water to further loosen over the fresh tattoo but really it was still easy to remove, no pain. No removal of actual skin! It did take a bit afterwards to wash off all the leftover adhesive. I used a sensitive, hypoallergenic bar, reapplied gentle moisturizer then applied another piece of the product. It's comfortable to wear. Doesn't feel heavy or restricting. I did see that some struggled with application. I'd say, just slow down. On one side there are arrows showing what to remove first to apply to the skin. Same side, there's a tab to remove after application. Then on the other side there's a thick piece of tape. It's actually split and attached to the backing to be removed. Slowly pull of one side off, smoothing out the product as you go. Once you've secured that portion then slowly remove the other side of the backing. After 2 applications I did notice that last step works better if you wait just a few minutes. Letting the adhesive fully adhere to the skin. We have used this for 3 applications so far. We have plenty left to finish this healing process AND get through a few more tattoos! Despite the small size of the box I feel there's a good amount of product to use. Solely because neither of us had any reaction at all, I definitely recommend this brand of second skin. For all the other reasons I listed above, I highly 300% recommend this product! It's a great value for the money!!

Used this before with tattoo, but is very good foe general first aide too. Been using it to keep an incision clean from a surgery and it's been fantastic. Doesn't peel off in the shower and can withstand scrubbing. Can put it over a gause or lidocaine patches and it makes such a better bandaid. I have a bad habbit scratching and it doesn't tear easily. My sensitive skin doesn't break out when I take it off. Only thing to note is heavy sweat might make it peel off over time and mighr leave small patches of sticky goo if you've had it on for a while(but those wash of easily with any soap and warm water). While it sticks extreme well, it's not as hard to get off as you'd think. Peel back a little and get some warm water on the underside and it become slick and comes right off.

I use this for many things, it sticks great to the skin, it holds on bandages, my blood sugar machine, protects tattoos, cuts, works good for bandages for my animals......ect...

I recently got a new tattoo and wanted something better than plastic wrap. This Pamiou tattoo cover-up kept my fresh ink fully protected. The film is transparent and waterproof, so I could shower without worrying about it coming off or getting soggy. I also liked that it’s latex-free, which didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. It’s easy to cut to size and stay in place, making aftercare less stressful. I was able to focus on healing instead of constantly checking my tattoo.

To start, this is not my first time using “second skin”, but this is my first time using this brand. i followed the directions as instructed, had it on for less than 28 hours, removed it as instructed, and was left with this sticky glue residue ALL OVER my new tattoo. in the photos attached that is NOT my skin peeling, that is the GLUE from this product. i could not remove it despite multiple attempts. a tattoo is an open wound, so on top of already trying to heal it, i then had to meticulously pick & pry each individual glue ball off of it, it still did not come off, tried soap & warm water, wash cloth, etc. my arm is now red, irritated, and will most likely become infected because i was unable to clean it property. this is just a germ harboring fest. DO NOT BUY unless you want to fast track your way to infection. i have over 12 tattoos, i know what i’m doing, and this is not okay. i see why it’s so cheap now.

This did the job, good quality. Just don’t try to pull it off too soon it will be painful and leave red marks on your skin

Really worked to help care for tatto after getting procedure done. Helped prevent pealing.

It is a great product but there are some issues that I had. It’s not my first time using second skin and I’m more than 50% covered in tats; I do use this brand for other products but probably will just trash the rest of the skin 1) it’s VERY STICKY!! And does leave a sticky residue on skin and tattoo. (Had it on for 3 days) 2) did have rash around my tattoo after the removal 3) felt like it “dried” my tattoo out while on.
