These are amazing! Far more durable and reliable than the rubber or latex bands. These do not roll or move! I appreciate the included storage bag so I can take them with me! The instructions are clear and easy for beginners! No odor, appropriate resistance and maintains quality after many uses! Highly recommend!

This is genuinely one of the best products I ever got from Amazon. These are comfortable (no pinching), don’t slip, and well made. I thought they were all the same resistance, but they actually are a set where each one works you harder. Easily throw them into the bag it comes with and take to the gym. I bought these for clamshell exercises I have been doing because I have very weak glute/hip muscles, from being a gamer. So if you work at the computer ALOT or just sit a lot. Get these and do some clamshells, you’ll thank me when your young 🍑 and when your old 👵 lol

I like these! They DON'T roll up and pinch like the rubberized ones do. They're wide enough and quite comfortable to use. The tension is good too. They also come with an instruction card that shows excersizes that you can do using the bands. A mesh carrying bag is also included. They seem to be well made. Overall, I'm quite happy with them. It seems to be good value for the price.

They’re stretchy, durable and are do exactly what they’re meant to do. They come in a bag and are easy to pull out and put away during a quick workout

These bands are phenomenal. The material quality is excellent - one can tell from the craftsmanship they will last a long time. The strengths of these bands have far exceeded my expectations as I have similar that are latex and are not nearly as strong as this set is. Loved the additional exercise guide and storage pouch provided.
