For the price this quite nice and it works, the only problem is that the chain is very short. I can barely get it over my head and it can not be used while wearing, due to short chain. So it doesn't function as a magnifying glass that you can always find because it stays around your neck, as I'd hoped. Maybe I'll find a different chain or just hang it somewhere where I might need it.

I intended to use this as a purse charm so that I would not have to dig in my bag for my glasses. When I am in the grocery and looking at an item with small print, I decided I would prefer not to reach into my bag for my readers. Store personnel think I am trying to steal things, when I am just hunting for my glasses. It is an uncomfortable exchange for both parties. With a magnifying glass purse charm, I can avoid those shopping scenarios, I don't have to waste a bunch of time digging for my glasses, and my purse looks less boring! People would not look at this charm and assume I have it because I can't see. They'll just think it is a cute charm. Winning!

This necklace is really cute, pretty and was a good price. But it's very cheap. The back link does not connect all the way and the pendant won't close. Magnets do not stick and is crooked so the cover lid keeps flopping around. Wearing it with the cover like this is probably going to just scratch the glass.

The necklace is very pretty, but flimsy. The link to chain gets stuck and is difficult to get unstuck. part is too big for the loop. I ordered it out of necessity for a magnifying glass when I don't have my readers glasses with me, but it needs to be handled delicately for fear of forcing into alignment and breaking it.

Not much practical use for me as a magnifying glass as I'd have to hold something really inches from my face to actually have the magnifying glass reach OR I'd have to take it off to use it. I'll never wear it BUT it was cheap, can't complain.

I would have been such a lovely and useful item but the lens fell out as I was opening the package.

You get what you pay for

This is not a magnifying glass. Way too small and appears to be a regular dome shaped piece of glass that you cannot see through much less magnifying it.
