Best low-carb bread I've tried - great seeds and texture
I’m impressed with the stats on this loaf: 7g of protein for only 63 calories per slice is outstanding. The build quality of the bread is great—it holds together well even with heavy toppings. It’s quick and easy to toast, and it gets a nice crispness that many keto breads lack. For the price, it’s a very high-quality alternative for anyone tracking their macros or managing blood sugar levels. It freezes well, too, so none of the 16 slices go to waste.

Best "ready to eat" keto/low carb bread you can get at amazon.
IMPORTANT!!! For those who never "tasted" keto diet, or low carb (whatever), those who never baked thier own keto/low carb bread, keep in mind, there is no acctual 1 to 1 bread replacement, everything you will find is just a substitute(fake), yes a substitute(fake), and this particular one is one the best you can find, not gonna lie, the best. If you're there, it means you not gonna bother to bake your own bread, that's ok, me niether, that's why I bothered to write this review for you guys. So there a two types of keto bread substitutes, I call them light & heavy weights, this one is light weight, in texture is similar to regular bread (seems to be a bit chewy/gummy on it's own, but you not gonna eat it on it's own, right? toppings will mask it), light slices, not too moist (perfect for toasting, it removes chewiness), small, but not too small, however I do recommend use a toothpick if you wanna load more stuff, and flavour is also not that bad (a bit bitter on its own, but again, you not gonna eat it on it's own, right?), and the comes the price, well... Well... considering the fact, that there is not much of a choice now, and you not gonna have it everyday, it is expensive, but acceptable if you consider it as a treat, not as everyday (routine) bread. 5 stars for quality and low carb content, however make sure to check expiry date, because sometimes, and yes it's amazons fault, they don't bother to check -.- , because many bad reviews comes form confused customers, whos bread was covered in mould or was about to expire in days...

Absolute game changer for those health concious or low carb
Pros: Quality: I was very pleasantly suprised to find the bread was comparable to a normal malted or seeded loaf. It has a particular yummy flavour (which some may not like), which I think is from all the seeds. The crust at the top is particularly delicious. The loaf lasts a very good amount of time. So far I have had 2 of these loafs on the side in room temp (UK), eaten one, the other is at day 6 with no signs of mould or degredation. Performance: - It is great as toast (toats fast so be careful!) but a ~little~ dry as a sandwhich. - The bread holds together well. I don't really like it with soup as even though it soaks up the flavour it is still hard to taste the soup over the bread. - Each slice is quite small but it still is big enough to be a very satifying sandwhich. The fact that is is so low in carbs and high in protein means I can eat 4 slices at once! Design: - I love the packaging but it is not resealable. I have to wrap it in clingfilm. It hasn't negatively affected the loaf yet though. The slices are a little small, aprox. 10 cm x 10 cm . Value for Money: - The bread is such a delight to add to my diet again that I am putting up with the price. I do think it is too expensive but I'm willing to pay as it's the only one that only has 2g carbs! - It can be frozen too which is good if you want to bulk buy when the price is lower. Issues: - Some may find the flavour a ~tiny~ bit overbearing - it does take away from the flavours you put inside the sandwhich because of the amount of seeds etc it is made of. - A ~little~ dry. - Not-resealable. Overall Experience: - Excellent! I reccommend this bread to anyone who is concious of their health or trying low carb. It has great macros and allows you to enjoy bread without the guilt and bloat. - I am vegan so I am very happy this bread is too :) Suggestions: - Try making this sandwhich with this bread, it's epic: Falafel, Beetroot, Kale, Red Onion. *chef's kiss*

All my loafs were undersold. They do not weight the advertised 364g.
I've had these before via Amo and direct according what offers are on. The recipe seems to have changed. The bread seems more airy like ordinary bread rather the heavy doughy seedy loaf I've had in the past. The old loafs were fine IMO. I liked the chewiness and it toasted well, which is how I usually ate it. I've not tasted the new version yet. The worst thing with my current order is that I found they are underselling. As the bread felt more squashy and airy, I weighed each of the 4 loafs with their wrappers, and also the empty wrapper from the one I opened. The heaviest was 370 with its wrapper, so 360 without the 10g wrapper. The others were 364, 367, 368. So they weighed 354, 357, 358 and 360 all underweight. Maybe I was unlucky and got the only 4 underweight loafs in the batch, but it seems unlikely. Only a few grams but if this is the case across their range, it's underselling, which is illegal in the UK. Sorry the pics are wonky.

Very small slices. Expensive.
Way smaller than the packaging suggests.expensive. . However, great taste. Value for money? I will be looking elsewhere for a similar product but cheaper.

Tasty bread
This is nice. It doesn’t put my blood sugars up and I’ve been missing bread. It also toasts well. I will be buying again.
