I purchased for sandwiches and cutting one piece in half.It’s probably not healthy anymore after toasting it in butter and offsetting the horrible taste by slathering the bread in Dukes mayonnaise,honey Dijon mustard & spicy pickled peppers sauce.

It is solid grains with coarse texture or taste. I lived in Germany and never saw bread like this. I could not eat it.
