A must for any motorbike
The first thing I bought for my new bike. A must when using your phone for sat nav

Highly Recommended
I have owned a quad lock charger for every bike I have had. If you have the USB model and a spare port all good just make sure if you are wiring direct to the battery you either put a switch or something like a Thunderbox in line so it's not constantly draining your battery or wire it up to license plate light to get switched power. Al;so make sure you have the right Quadlock case or the wireless charging won't work.

Exactly what I expected
Make sure you also have the vibration dampener or you'll kill your phone camera

No switch or fused
Only thing that lets it down is not having a switch,have to make an inline switch and fuse,which i didnt realise when purchasing

Not a complete solution
The Quadlock powered mount is perfect for mounting and charging a phone on a motorcycle. Unfortunately Quadlock do not supply the 5 amp fuse as called for in the fitting instructions, which they state are to be sourced by the purchaser. Quadlock gear is expensive, so to not include an inline fuse is penny pinching at best. In use it works well, allowing me to power my phone and use it as a satnav when required

Not worth the money cant keep Iphone charged on bike
Bought this as an upgrade from the previous USB C charging head in the hope that it would supply enough power to keep my Iphone charged when using MyRoute App for Navigation. Very disappointed to find it is not able to do this, unless I also plug the phone directly into the usb socket on my BMW R1250GSA the phone is flat within about 4 hrs

This thing is a game changer when you’re riding your motorcycle you don’t have to worry about plugging anything in and also I think it makes your phone more waterproof cause you don’t have to worry about the cable or a USB connection on your bike where something can fry. It’s got a decent charging speed. It seems to be high-quality and It looks like it’s built to last.
