I switched from mason jars to this large plastic bento box because I kept breaking glass and worrying about putting glass in my gym bag / backpack. I wanted stainless steel, but this "shatterproof" had good reviews and huge size, so I am happy with the choice. Pros: The height of them are great for stacking in the fridge and fit perfect in my backpack's outer pocket. The dividers are easy to move around and snap to whatever size I need. They do keep even wet ingredients separated well. The lid snaps on tight and I haven't had any leaking whatsoever. Cons: The bento is ribbed for the water-tight separator slats. This means that it's a little harder to clean and scrape the last bits of food. They also don't really stack down compact so they take up space in my cabinet when not in use. This adds to the "tupperware" clutter that one might already have. Delivery: Fast delivery! One of my containers arrived with one of the latches broken off in transit. I think this was a shipping problem, not the manufacturer's fault, so I don't ding the review for that. Returns are easy enough. I am extra careful with the latches as a result, but they do snap firm quite easily. I am surprised that a latch was even able to snap off like that because they are sturdy with day-to-day use.

I have the bento boxes in the two other sizes but I think I love this best for daily little snacks! Small enough to just tuck into my bag to surprise my child anytime.

I wanted a snack box for veggies and dip and they’re the perfect size. Easy to clean in top rack of dishwasher and easy open for my toddler to use all by themselves. Highly recommend

This container doesn't leak and I've used it for various fruits in my daughter's snack at school. I wouldn't put a dry item and a wet item together, but I think carrots on one side and hummus on the other would be fine. It cleans up great in my dishwasher. It has been used most week days for the last month and no issues. I think I will look to purchase another size to see what works best.

I have 2 of these and use them for veggie transport to and from work.
