I’m very happy with this extender. It’s pricy yet when so is said and done it works great! It’s got a huge distance connection. Over 300’ to my barn and it boosts the signal really well. No problems setting up or installing it. I’m happy

Works as expected connected with our other wave link as a repeater perfectly!! blends in very well with the camouflage look!

So I originally had the AC 1200 which is decent for a short range I have this installed about 60 ft on a pole up in the air you want clear line of sight The way I am operating it is an AP access point I have ethernet running directly from the modem running to the combiner module and then from there running to the extender this also allows you to do Wi-Fi extension as well but unless your modem can do POE which is called power over Ethernet to provide the 24 volts you're going to have to use the power adapter I get 100 MB of download speed normally this is pushing out about 80 to 90 megabits per second of download speed at 180 feet from where it is located it is also pushing Wi-Fi into my metal shop which is located 127 ft from its location and it gives internet all the way to the back corner which is 210 ft from its location it is a very powerful very decent Wi-Fi extender The other cool thing about this is you can actually do what's called a mesh web where you can purchase multiple of these and set them up on certain quadrants of your property to make your entire property have Wi-Fi access

Great range and signal strength even at medium power I am getting 200' line of sight full signal. I have it mounted to a 2" post, using the included metal straps it moved around quite a bit but will not fall off. Probably change over to outdoor rated zip ties. Set up wasn't to bad. Wavelink has limited options in the interface, if using as a stand alone device there is nothing to tell you what devices are connected nor how many devices are connected, have to rely on the masted router to see the devices that are connected. Only works as a mesh device with other Waveling devices!

Works well..extends service from one home to another approx 200’ away. Very happy with easy setup and performance

TLDR - has great range when it works but died in less than 6mos of use. Not reliable -Might work for 6mo or less Bought this and the WAVLINK AX1800 Outdoor in Nov 2024 for the deer lease and set them up in Dec 2024 when I received my Starlink router. The setup is not that great, but being in IT for over 20 years I got it working. The range is great WHEN IT WORKS. I have one mounted on 1 side of our camp and the other on the other side. I could not get the "mesh" to work so not the end of the world just 2 different SSIDs (technically 4 2.4g and 5g). The WAVLINK AX3000 would go offline for days until somebody was out at there to reset it by unplugging the POE+ switch I installed so we didnt have to use the cheap poe it comes with. I ran 2 underground ethernet cables to each for redundancy and have even swapped their positions to make sure it was just the WAVLINK AX3000. Why writing this review? The WAVLINK AX1800 is now flaking out and I wish I would have read more reviews and Good luck trying their support

This thing really throws a signal! My cams have weak reception to start with, but one of them is just on the borderline much of the time and it's approximately 700 ft or more from this router. The other cam which is approximately 500 ft away, both in line of sight, are working great. The signal strength is greatly affected by the weather some days are strong some days are a little weak. The one with five antennas I tried but was not worth the extra money as the signal was the same or less. The four antenna AX3000 is the best in my opinion and well worth the money. We even use it inside our house for things. The signal penetrates the roof and delivers 95 to 100% strength throughout our ranch home.

Bought this to improve the wifi signal in my wife's garden office and it has worked quite well. Much stronger signal than the previous extender we were using. It covers our garage and garden office, which are at opposite sides of the garden, with good signal strength, and it was easy to install.
