It’s really just the same it’s easy to sand to good filler

Q: i have a 5 sq meters wall to skim to level. is that a good option ? any better otherwise ?

In my opinion, this would be absolutely perfect for what you are doing. Not sure what area it will cover though

Q: Is this good to fill joints on 10m2 of tapered drywall?

This product is a fine finishing filler, to be used as a final thin coat prior to sanding. Standard joint filler is normally used prior to this product.

Q: Is this the product that Plasterers call 'velvet'?

Don’t know, but it is a very good product and easy to put on. I used it for repairing shallow (about 1 to 2 mm deep x 50mm wide )indents up a wall and across a ceiling.
