Q: Is there a trick to get the roller to roll? I bought several of these and I can’t get the roller to work on 3 of them.

I could never get it to work, so I carefully pried the ball/roller off the bottle and just apply directly to skin by pressing the top of the bottle where you want the scent. The cap still works if you take the ball off.

Q: How long does the scent last?

Pacifica used to have more variety and their scents lasted much longer. I’m not sure what changed in the last 10 years but most of their products are disappointing now.

Q: Product was Damaged! The bottle was completely empty upon arrival

Mine too! Came in pieces. So hard to contact support and told not able to return or replace. I love the products but won't buy again. Least they could do is replace item cause I payed for broken item that I didn't brake wtf

Q: Do these expire? I've had the blood orange one for over a year, and I just found it tucked away and unopened. It might even be older than a year.

I am not aware of any expiration date. If is smells good and there aren't a lt of floaters in the liquid from rubbing it on your skin, I'd say use it! These are the best for my money!
