RD expiry
I'm unhappy about their product for couple of reasons: 1. the device is very slow while trying to verify the fingerprint. the red light blinks after few seconds of clicking the button and it times out most of the times. 2. The RD service is a recurring subscription of approx 236 rs per year. However their very first year subscription could expire sooner than 1 year because the company could have enable the subscription before selling the product to the customer. I am not sure whether this happens only to the amazon buyers so please be careful with this.

I ordered new MANTRA finger print scanner but I recieved used and damaged poor quality item without any label in product . Too irresponsible and I disappointed with these product . I need my full money return I have clear opened video and attached Do to return my money as soon possible .
