I use this product periodically to keep my kitchen drain pipe clear, needed because this pipe has a long run and shallow pitch and thus is prone to have build up inside. When I use this regularly I've not had clogging issues, but when I got lazy or forgetful and let it go too long I've gotten clogs. This product does not work for me once the flow gets very slow, where it actually can clog the drain completely as mentioned by some other reviewers. And it doesn't work for me once the drain is completely stopped.
