Upadate after New Machine Arrived.... Well I waited a bit since the new machine arrived as I promised I would provide an update on this. Upon unpacking, all seemed well. During shipping however, the arm that moves the hoops was not seated in the slot it should be, a loosening of a screw and it dropped in without issue. I have now completed several projects, however before I did, I properly lubricated it as per the instructions you can find on Poolin's YouTube Page, It is very easy to do. I then began several projects, which included Shirts, SweatShirts, Tote Bags, "In the Hoop" Mug Rugs and Eyeglass Holders. All came out very nice, I found cleaning the Bobbin compartment after every poject has been very helpful. It also will take newbies like myself a bit more time to get used to threading properly, now I find it quite easy and I take my time while doing so, this has led to very few Thread Breaks that occasionally happen with any embroidery Machine. Now here is what is most impressive, CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUPPORT is by far the BEST of any that I have EVER encountered, The team at Poolin that consisted of Kane, Jody, and the rest have kept in constant contact with me, via Facebook and Whatsapp from the beginning. They continue to check in sometimes several times a week to be sure all is well, They are the most patient and helpful people I have ever dealt with! Really a tremendous group of people, I have never seen a more dedicated team to Customer Support then this group of wonderful People! They are absouletly FANTASTIC! I am very pleased with new machine, I believe the first one received was either just a electronics issue, perhaps faulty wiring, or possibly caused during shipping, but nonetheless, It was replaced promptly and this one seems to working very well. I take great care in all my purchases, especially ones this expensive. I follow all the recommended Maintenance that is suggested and it is my hope I have this for many years to come, In fact, I am now considering a larger multi-needle machine, however it is quite costly and above my budget, but if there is a great sale in the future, or I somehow come across an awesome deal or win a promotion then there is no doubt it will be from the wonderful people at POOLIN! I hope this detailed review is helpful to all considering and can rest assured it is backed by a great dedicated company. I will post again here if needed, but for now, all I can say is "Thank You Poolin Customer Support! Keep doing what your doing and I wish your company all the best and futher hope you continue to grow into a leader in the Embroidery Market! UPDATE AFTER 13 Days of Use.... Well I should of waited for my first review as I normally do, but all was working fine for the first 13 Days, then all of sudden the design would not stay centered and tried embroidering outside the hoop area, all settings were checked and found to be correct while doing this out of corner of my eye I saw the image move on it's own? I was able to actually get a video of this after trying again and verified with the Poolin Support who at first tried to blame it on being near electronics, once they realized I have it sitting alone on it's own table and all was working fine they backed off and offered a replacement. I am quite hesitant on doing so due to the cost of this item and future longevity, but I will give another chance since I am still in the Amazon return window. They (Poolin) claims they will have new one sent within 3-5 days. Hopefully that is the case. For now with those considering purchase, I would have to say USE CAUTION! I will update this within a week for others. Written below was my first remarks. This was my first ever Embroidery Machine, I was looking for something that would do various sizes to include sweatshirts and T-Shirts. There are many out there but this was the most cost effective out of all that I researched. I did alot of reading, asking questions to many, and several YouTube Videos from owners of this machine. All were very pleased with it. One of most common was how impressed they were with the Poolin Engineers and Customer Support. All of this positivity made the decision for me to purchase. What happened upon me purchasing it here really surprised me! I received a message from Poolin Customer Support while waiting the machine to arrive (By the way, this all happened the same day as the machine was due to arrive in one day). The kind lady named Jessie, messaged me and arranged to have me connected to "Kane" who is an engineer with the company, we connected via WhatsApp and he told me to reach out to him upon receiving the machine and having it out of the box, He would then help me in testing and becoming comfortable with the machine. I also joined the Facebook Group. The very next day the machine arrived, I removed it from the box and began setting it up. I followed the easy directions and had an issue which prompted me to speak with Kane via Whatsapp. A few moments later I had the machine running and it is working great! Be mindful I have never done this in the past, Threading it was challenging as I expected since I never done that before, but now after a few times I find it very easy. Only have had it about 3 days but everything I have done is really coming out very nice. I am shocked at such exceptional customer support. Kane has been great! I am impressed by how much this company truly feels about their product and want everyone to be pleased. If you looking for a great machine, I recommend this company without hesitation. I had been wanting an embroidery machine for, almost forever and this one showed up in my Facebook feed. I did some research, saw good reviews and the price was right so I bought it a month or so ago. The machine arrived with thread and pre-wound bobbins. In the machine box they have a nice tool kit, a few spools of thread a cover and the machine and 4 hoops. The only complaint I have was there was a hoop clip missing and I have not been able to figure out how to get one sent to me. The instructions are clear for threading and loading the bobbin. I find the embroidery software to be clunky, but that could be me. My son bought me Hatch embroidery software and I have had no problems saving designs to the DST format and using them. The customer service/assistance for the questions I have had so far has been outstanding. There is a time zone difference but they always respond to my inquiries. I have been super happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this machine. If anything changes significantly I will come back and update, for now I just need to plan what I want to make.

I absolutely love my Poolin embroidery machine! It’s easy to use, produces beautiful embroidery, and has been very reliable. What impressed me most was their excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Highly recommend both the machine and the amazing support!

This is my review I posted to their FaceBook page....I highly recommend you join that group. They have very helpful people from the company as well as group members. The EOC06 is worth the extra price from the EOC05. A bigger hoop is a must! The other extras on the 06 are good as well.... My machine came Tuesday, bought off Amazon. I opened it up Wednesday, and after reviewing the directions, set it up and started having fun. It did a great job. A couple notes... 1 - change out the bobbin, it came with sewing thread on it instead of embroidery bobbin thread. 2 - Do not choose the same color in adjoining steps, lol, it does not stop stitching, cuts the thread and starts stitching the next step. That was interesting to find out while I was doing an applique part. 3 - changed jump stitch cuts to 5, cuts almost every one now. 4 - I can get the threader to work, but it will only grab one of the two strands of the embroidery thread causing a mess. (embroidery thread is 2 strands twisted together, if that makes sense) so I just use a hand threader for now. 5 - I use a single spool thread stand I have for my sewing machine, it does great with this one also. This is a wonderful machine. I'm really glad I stumbled across it. I almost didn't buy it because I couldn't find where it cut jump stitches, and I wonder how many other people pass it by for that reason. The company really should mention that in the listings, a great feature to have. I hope they will add it. I wouldn't buy a machine that doesn't cut them, been there-doing that on an older machine...lol Wish list...it would be nice if the embroidery foot height was adjustable for when you have thicker items and could use a little more space. Doesn't hurt to wish, right.... So here are my first projects. 1. My testing with the letter I on the machine for bobbin tension...it was good! 2. My testing for thickness with a coloring doll. I think I'll keep using my other machine as the foot adjusts and gives it a little more room. The stitch out was still good though. 3. My testing for applique, again, just pick different colors of thread on the machine screen so the machine will stop when it is suppose to. Great machine Poolin!!! Looking forward to using it alot!

Amazing and Smooth sailing! I bought this machine knowing it wasn’t plug and play. You have to be realistic with any kind of new craft. Let me tell you, within 24 hours of having this little workhorse, I could not be happier. I still have a lot of learning to do, but I have the confidence to keep going! I ran it so long that when my bobbin was out, it warned me. It tells you exactly when you need to change thread colors (if your pattern is set up correctly). Comes with some super cute preinstalled patterns and good fonts. Enough to get you up and running and learning the ins and outs of your machine. If there are issues, chances are, it’s user error-100% of the time in my instance with the 2nd machine. Learning to thread and rethread and rethread is pivotal and following the steps is very important. I am an experienced quilter and have been sewing for years, but never owned an embroidery machine, so I am very green when it comes to embroidery. This machine is amazing and easy to learn!! The bundle is amazing and literally comes with everything to need to learn how to use it. Stabilizer, thread, needles, scissors, everything. Need assistance? Tech support is phenomenal. Willing to make personalized custom videos walking you through exactly what you need to do (My first machine wasn’t quite right, so I needed tech support, second machine, I did not need any tech support). Tech support checked in on me through the return of my first machine and continued to check in until my second was up and running. Tech support is top notch. I paid for my machine, not being paid for my review, just needed to get info out there that is machine is legit. If you are considering an embroidery machine, I would not hesitate to recommend this one. Pictured is my tester shirt. I’m not wasting a bunch of items learning my machine, so why not just learn different patterns and techniques on one item? I learned some things and improved with each pattern. My suggestion-after you order, find the Poolin YouTube and watch all the videos before your machine comes in and then again once it arrives. I can’t say enough about this great machine!

I just received my first ever embroidery machine, the Poolin EOC06 and immediately after the unboxing I began to set it up. Using the manual that came with it and the Youtube instruction video threading the machine was a breeze. I did my first embroidery project which was the "I Love You" built in embroidery with the heart and when it came to the color switching the machine prompts you to change the color in which I did. starting the machine once again was a breeze after the color switch. The only problem I encountered was user error because of the tension not being as tight as it should have been so I had to use a much slower speed and because of the tension being not what it should have been the thread disengaged from the needle and I lost my place in stitching. I rethreaded the needle but given that I am a newbie at embroidery, I did not know how far to go back to pick up where I left off embroidering so I have a small spot which was not finished. Again, user error and a learning curve for me. Second issue was I had the spool thread too tight, and it snapped. User error again. I fixed that and went back to embroidering. I did receive assistance from Kevin Xu the Technician from Poolin and he assisted me in downloading the new upgrade and walked me through some my errors to help me fully understand what I needed to do so I would not face these minor issues any longer as a newbie. As for noise level, you would not even recognize the level because it is very little. To me it is pretty much a quite low noise machine. Poolin have such excellent technical support and work with you until the very end to your succeeding in what you are trying to accomplish. Best support and everything went smoothly. Kudos to Poolin. The ease of use of the Poolin EOC06 is excellent for someone just starting out and as well as a seasoned embroiderer. I recommend Poolin if you are looking for a great ease of use machine, great price and technical support.

This is my first experience with embroidery machine… I’m very happy with it overall. It’s easy to operate. It comes with everything you need right out of the box, so nothing else you need to buy right away. The machine has very large screen and easy to operate menu. Has a lot of preinstalled files and it’s easy to add own files by using institch portal. It’s not noisier than regular sawing machine, considering the speed it operates with. One of the futures I love about the machine it cuts jump threads automatically. I have some trouble with the thread -it breaks and separates one’s in a while, especially when I have to use self threading future, but I feel the problem is the tread I use, not the machine. Poolin customer service is very responsive and they are able to fix software problems, the only thing has to be considered is the time difference the since the company is in China. Addendum to the review: several months after using the machine I started to experience a problem when the thread keep on breaking and/or nesting at the button of the design. I contacted Poolin customer service and they were able to determine my machine has deformed part and they are sending me a replacement one. So as I said before the customer service is EXCELLENT.

I need to start this with, I'm a complete beginner, I've never even seen an embroidery machine in real life, after months of searching, I bought the Poolin EOC06 because of the price and size of the hoop. Well I could not be happier, I was able to embroider something straight away without any help, the machine is super self explanatory and their Facebook group is filled with helpful advice and tips. Customer service so far has been amazing, I've not had any issues, yet they still reached out to let me know who they are and how to contact them. I'm super impressed!

Easy to use, smooth, and produces neat, professional embroidery. The large working area is very useful. I’m very happy with it and highly recommend it.
