Good quality, wish it were a bit bigger( wider)
Got this product in record time. Only checked it's quality so far, hopefully we won't have to rely on it but we are confident it will perform well.

A real blessing
I don't know what my husband would do without it. I am a heavy woman and he is a frail 83 year old man. It makes lifting me possible.

Smaller version (11”) than my original (15”)
My husband and I are both in our 70s. Trying to rise from the floor or out in our yard after an activity or non-injury fall can be difficult if no fixed or heavy item is near by to pull up on. We feel the Liberty Lift is a great option for seniors to have handy. I didn’t fully read the product description prior to ordering the 2 “extra”Liberty Lifts. I’m unsure if this smaller product 11” Liberty Lift Assist will perform as well as my original 15” Liberty Lift. (I’ve not had to use.) The product description says it will. I keep the 15” version at home and will place the two recently purchased 11” versions in our family vehicles. You never know when a fall will occur. We will keep in our vehicle trunks with our emergency kits. Their smaller size might be beneficial in that regard.

Don't use if there is a large weight difference.
Keep in mind the difference in weight between you and the person you are trying to help. I struggled and felt it was not safe to help my husband get up from a sitting position with this tool. There is a little less than 100 pounds difference between us. It is far more easier for me to stand next to him and hold his elbow while he holds my arm.
