I've bought this supplement stack many, many times before, taking breaks only due to my relative lack of discretionary income. So long as the price holds at about this level, I think this time I'm sticking with for good.I've been struggling with extremely low energy (mental and physical) for some time, something that's resulted in every conceivable blood test and procedures ranging from and EEG to an MRI. Yes, something IS wrong according to the experts -- precisely what is wrong, and exactly how to fix it, has led on a campaign about as productive as trying chasing leprechauns over rainbows in search of a pot of gold. LEF Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer has helped abate the symptoms, to the point, raise my overall energy level and abate the pain somewhat. And this is far in excess of what anything prescribed has accomplished. Mind you, this doesn't happen overnight. However, given 10 days to two weeks, I feel improved. Flip side, it takes five days off before I feel ... unimproved.I've reviewed at least one other LEF supplement, and I'll make the same assertion in support of this product. Check out the ingredients, then try to find out how much it would cost to purchase them individually. I must say that I'm a little bummed out that they eliminated Acetyl Carnitine. However, the stack holds up nonetheless.Few -- very few -- composite stacks available here or elsewhere hold up to their promise. To the point, most provide one "all star" ingredient, then add inferior forms of other nutraceuticals included to support it (i.e. non-methylated/ non-biologically active forms of B vitamins) or include them in amounts far below the therapeutic doses.LEF is a great company, and I'd encourage anyone interested to check out their online magazine. I should note I'm not affiliated, nor am I receiving anything in return for this review. Rather, I try to do some homework prior to buying any supplement. And having kept up with their publication for some time, I'm more than sufficiently convinced they are very much on the level (to say the least).

This product is amazing I don't intake this everyday but when I need it I use it and keeps me awake energized and ready togo all day. I don't think having this everyday is ideal so I recommend use when needed. But it does work very well.

It feels VERY strong and nice in a sense, but... sometimes I also feel "weird" or "jittery"? I let another person try this supplement and they experienced something similar, so that's odd.I have tried a lot of supplements with PQQ before, so I don't think it is that.

Couldn't find in health food stores. This is the first time trying the Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer from Life Extension although I have been using their other supplements for a couple years now. These do increase energy during the day. I only take two instead of the recommended four. I am a rather slender person so I feel I do not need the recommended dosage. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Supposed to give you energy. I noticed nothing different.

Package came, bottle was missing. I asked for help. Less than a day later a replacement bottle was on my porch. Very good product, very good service.

I have had issues with Chronic Fatigue for years and have tried tons of different supplements. At the end of the work day, I am exhausted and have nothing left. I introduce a supplement for 30 days and if nothing, then I change. So when I first introduced LifeExtensions Energy Optimizer, I didn’t notice much improvement for the first week. But after the second week I started noticing a marked improvement in my end of day energy levels. So I continued and continued to see improvements. Then I stopped for one week to see the results. Needless to say after a week off I decided that this suppliment all by itself made a huge improvement in my energy levels. This is a supplement that will always be part of my regimen going forward. If there is anyone that suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome who is against pumping your body full of drugs, this is the first suppliment I would recommend as it has helped more than any other I have taken. I hope you experience similar results to me.
