Comfortable
Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands on review about this product you are considering. These inserts are very comfortable. They fit my shoes perfectly. They did not rub or irritate the bottom of my heal, and the arch support was the perfect height. They did not move when I put them on or slide forward during the day. I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis, and the day before using these, I wore shoes with a diiferent insert. They were new inserts, too. The arches were way too high and by the end of the day, my feet ached so much I couldn't even sleep. I was hesitant to use these the next day, but was glad I did. I had to be careful putting them on so they wouldn't slide forward. But got my feet in my shoes comfortably the first time. I read another Vine reviewer's review who said to use a little velcro...that sounds ingenious, I will have to try that. I appreciated these insoles today, and I recommend them.

Work well if they fit your feet.
I got these for my husband because he has very high arches and he needs the extra support to provide relieve from plantar fasciitis. He did not like them because they did not fit his foot well. He wears a 10.5 wide tennis shoe. For him, these inserts did not reach his arch and pushed on the wrong spot. I still gave them four stars because if they fit his foot better, he says they would be great. The insert is rigid where it should be and squishy in the heel with a little padding on top.

Relief for my arches
I work on a hard concrete floor all day and needed inserts to support my arches.I ordered these in hopes of some relief.I did need to pull out the padding in my shoes so these would fit more comfortably. It has been over a week of wearing them and my arches are feeling so much better.

"It's like wearing new shoes." That's what my wife said.
My wife was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and did not think these orthotics would be able to help. I made sure to get the insoles with the metatarsal padding, to make sure they would be as supportive as possible. Once she slipped them into her shoes and walked around, she was so surprised at the amount of support they provided to her arch. She's walking around much more comfortably and the 3/4 lengths of these orthotics allow her to use them in shoes that are a bit more tight towards the front of her foot.

Not great with flats - take up too much space
I wear flat slip on shoes always and there just isn't good arch support in them so I have been experimenting with differing arch supports and find that these are best when I put them in boots that have a lot of room above the foot since these tend to take up a lot of space within a flat shoe and make them uncomfortable. When they are in footwear that can tolerate them, they do provide really good arch support and make the footwear wearable for standing or walking for longer periods than without them.

Good supports, just too wide for some shoes
I’ve tried several types of shoe inserts from this company. These are some of their hardest - meaning least flexible feeling. The arch area doesn’t squish down much like on some of their others. They are a bit too wide for my size 7-7.5 shoes without changing the shoe shape, but fit ok in my daughter's 9.5 shoes. (She has an extra wide women’s foot.)The inserts weren’t horribly uncomfortable, but they didn’t work for the feet that needed them. They’re constructed well. The hard plastic on the bottom is sturdy and rigid and the foam on top is relatively comfortable. Not like memory foam, but not super hard.

Comfy insoles
I’ve tried a number of different insoles for my high arches. These insoles are actually very comfortable and do a great job supporting my St. Louis size arches!I recommend these insoles

Comfortable, good support, fits narrow shoe
Nice half-sole insert provides a firm, supportive foot bed. We got these for my wife to use in an ankle boot (see photos) that needed some extra arch support. Be aware that these inserts are a bit on the narrow side, so if you have wide feet they may not work well for you. Being half-sole inserts, they leave plenty of toe room while providing critical support for the heel and arch. With these inserts she can walk around all day with no discomfort. Very satisfied. Five stars!

Loads of support. Comfort improves over a period of time as your foot adjusts.
Like most treatments like this you will feel a massive change right away. Expect to feel some discomfort as your arch is supported like never before. This will feel like you have a stone in your shoe for a few days, however, after this period of time I was waking up without my morning foot pain.Make sure it is in the right position when being worn. Because it is shorter than the length of your shoe it can move forward when putting your shoe on. Just make sure it is in the correct position one shoe is tied and it will not move whilst walking and running.Over all happy as it has foot pain well.

Didn't give me the high level of instep support I need.
I have pronounced over pronation of my right foot and anything more than a gentle walk results in nagging pain in my right ankle. The problem really took hold when, in order to try and get a grip on rising blood sugars, I embarked on a regime of daily exercise which , for me , means brisk walking on a treadmill.I tried braces, which were no use to me, and then orthotic insoles. I found that if I got the right amount of instep support that insoles could provide a good measure of relief, but I have never been able to find an insole which cures the problem totally. These insoles were another avenue to explore in search of the perfect pair. When the insoles arrived I had been expecting full foot coverage and indeed the listing header doesn't make it clear that these are 3/4 length, leaving the toe area clear. Further down in the blurb the facts are revealed but I do think it should be noted in the header.I was also not very optimistic about the insoles ability to alleviate my problem. I need a good amount of instep support and these only provide a medium amount. The test would be when I took to my treadmill. After about 15 minutes the ankle was starting to nag, whereas when I have more support I can go about 30 minutes before discomfort becomes apparent. These insoles will find a place in my day to day shoes but they will not replace my favourite insoles in my sports shoes and value for money wise I feel that £17.99 is right at the top end for what is a pretty standard insole, other than the fact that the design actually means you get less material for your money. However, we are all different and you may find the amount of support perfect for your needs, Unfortunately the only way to be sure is to try them for yourself.

Excellent product that performs as indicated
I received two types of insert from the same manufacturer for review and this review will cover both types. The EXTRA SUPPORT and the ARCH SUPPORT versions contain similar key elements the variations being the overall length of the insert and the contour of the arch support. The design includes a cushioned base with a centre compressible circle under the heel, both have curved sides that cup the heel. I wear male size 8 shoes, the supplied inserts are sized for female 6-10 but the fit is fine.I put the ARCH SUPPORT version in a pair of trainers on top of the original insert and the EXTRA SUPPORT in a pair of flat soled slippers. The EXTRA SUPPORT produced a lift and arch support to produce a great improvement in wearability and relief from the flat soled slipper design that was causing foot strain. Having worn them for a few days I found the extra lift activated a few new muscles in my legs but overall they are ideal and repaired the terrible flat soled design. The ARCH SUPPORT in the trainers fitted amazingly well and supplemented the heel cupping that is integral to their original design. I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for a very long time and this design of arch and heel support is part of the recovery and prevention process. Wholly impressed with the fit and performance.Overall I am extremely pleased with these inserts, comparing them to previously purchased inserts I prefer these.Recommended.
