Review: Little overpriced but decent item. - Great item. Heavy as heck and curser pad clicks loudly but it’s smooth. Easy hookup. Magnetic could be stronger for my liking. Keys work magically. I just wish the backlit would be way brighter to actually see what the keys are.
Review: Amazing tool and case! 10/10 - I love this hefty case. It really is amazing and worth the money. My only issue with mine is the ‘click’ when you try to press something on the mouse pad. You need to put an unusual amount of force in order to actually ‘click’ something on the screen while using the mouse pad. I am not sure if this is an issue with my particular case or if this is an issue overall but it does trouble me that I need to constantly individually ‘click’ or I have to just press on my iPad screen. I got the large case for the newest M5 iPad 13”. I also think it is a bit heavy which defeats the purpose of the iPad, BUT this is something I’m willing to live with since this is an awesome case and keyboard. If it wasn’t for these two points, then definitely a 5 star product. **UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and let me know that there was a way to activate the tap to click and it turns out that there IS a way to get rid of that annoying click. They did end up switching me to another model since it would be better for what I am looking for and mine did need to be replaced. I LOVE their customer service and because of their insightfulness and ability to communicate I am raising my rating to a 5 star. I will say that overall even though I wont be using my original case (this item), I will reiterate that it is such an amazing functional case and it is very sturdy! Definitely for the people that want to use their ipad as a mac and are ok with a slight change in weight. Thank you so much ESR!!

I love this hefty case. It really is amazing and worth the money. My only issue with mine is the ‘click’ when you try to press something on the mouse pad. I love this keyboard. I’ve probably had a dozen various iPad keyboards and this one is a favorite. I love the backlit keys! Other keyboards I’ve had don’t light up enough. The trackpad is better than any I’ve had. Very responsive. In the past, I’ve very rarely needed to use my iPad in portrait mode, but (!) I have been using it because of the portrait/landscape feature on this one. I really love it. Totally unexpected surprise. Every keyboard case I’ve ever had has been slightly heavy and this is no exception. Although I certainly wouldn’t call it HEAVY. Any extra weight is due to the extra case that can be removed. I wasn’t sure if I’d like this or not. But, I dropped my iPad one day and I’m sure it would’ve cracked the screen had it not been for the extra case. It’s not a screen protector, be aware of that, but it helped protect my iPad when it fell on its side. Since I ALWAYS have the backlit keys on, the battery life doesn’t last long for me. I’m used to that, though. I’m sure it’d be much better if the keys weren’t always lit. Finally, and my biggest reason for writing this review, the customer service is beyond amazing. I have added raised keys to my keyboard because I have long nails and the raised keys make it easier to type. One of the raised keys got caught on something in my bag and ripped the whole key off. The keyboard was just out of the return date through Amazon, so I contacted the seller directly to try and get a replacement key. They responded immediately, asked if the key could be put back on with instructions they provided. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the key. They happily replaced the ENTIRE keyboard and it arrived in a day and a half. Incredible! I’ve never had a better experience with a company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I would (and have) recommend this keyboard to friends and family. It’s the closest I’ve come to finding the perfect iPad keyboard.
