For the price I can't fault this phone. It works really well. Bright clear screen has all the apps I use and quick to install. The battery lasts for ages which is great. Calls are clear. I was very surprised and not expecting it to work so well I've always had top of the range Samsung phones and this works just as well.The only down fall is the camera quality, u can't film in dim light they just come out grainy. Zooming in massively reduced the picture quality as well.

Bought it as a companion to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Just to use as navigator and messenger in the city center. One star is too generous for this piece of mierda.Got as a “it will do in the time being” in a naive and optimistic spontaneous purchase. In actual fact, it is the slowest, most lagging, unable to open more than one app at a time. Screen unresponsive. Slow and steady wins the race it may be, but not for this poo. It’s lucky I didn’t lob it at the wall. On many occasions. It is getting refunded and praise be to God. Please, I am an honest woman. I have patience. A little less now than before the 5 children but still. Always looking to give the benefit of the doubt. Please. Save yourself from the migraine inducing rubbish you will endure. I mean it. lol.

Looks amazing in blue, feels nice to hold. The battery easily lasts me a full day, and the screen is super smooth. For the price, I honestly can't complain. Great phone!

Very nice phone for basic use, a bit slow but with long life battery. I use only for phone calls and what’s app so it’s going the job

I was so pleased to find such a budget option when my Rednote11 had an unfortunate fall. I was generally really happy with it. The startup process was simple and easy and I love the look and feel of the phone (felt like quality). There were 3 major issues that caused me to return mine though:1). It is so slow. Sometimes it would be quick and easy but at times apps took forever to load. I felt like a kid with dial up again.2). I could not add apps to the Home Screen. I tried so many different ways to get this to work, followed so many online tutorials but all to no avail. I had to open settings-apps-select the app-press open and then wait. Such a pain!3). The camera quality isn’t great. For the price that wouldn’t normally be an issue, but the mid range versions from Redmi offer much higher quality. I think I’ll just fork out a little more and get one of those.This would be perfect for a teenagers first phone. Or perhaps for an elderly relative that might only use it as a phone or for simple tasks.

I am a Samsung S series user and usually upgrade every 2 years. There is also the latest iphone user in the household, yet I gave this phone 5 stars.I paid £49.99 for the phone from Amazon directly, which is for someone overseas to make calls and send messages.I have been testing it out for the past few weeks and I found no faults with it.It takes fairly decent pictures. I used it outside in the bright sun light and I had no problem (dark screen). You can make and receive calls and messages, listen to music, use the internet and use the email facilities. All for £80 and less as it is well reduced across the UK at present time.I have read thepositve reviews at Argos and Amazon before my purchase. I guess the people who are happy are those who wanted it for basic needs. This phone is ideal for an elderly person or person who doesn't like technological. You just need to uninstall or disable some of the redundant apps. I left the ones with warnings saying that they could cause trouble. You also need a decent case.I bought one with a cover for the lens and tempered glass screen protector was included, all for £3.88.

Bought this for my 10yr old daughter. It's easy to use because it's an android, the battery last decent time and it is sturdy! Great value for money, the screen quality is good enough for her and it looks cool (her words!) Charges fairly quickly too!
