Love this knife! The weight of it is grreat for all uses. the blade is easy to keep sharpened, and the sweeping curve is perfect for the cutting board. Handle fits my medium/large hands nicely and offers a confident grip. I make a bunch of sausage and ground meats that I cut at 70 to 80 percent frozen, and this knife is so much easier to use than a cleaver both for its stability and its length. Well packaged and arrived quickly. Sturdy build is great value for money, and it does everything I have asked of it.

Very surprised at the excellent quality and workmanship at this price. It’s a pretty big knife, and will be great for cutting large sizes of meat. The handle appears to be real wood and very nice. The blade is very sharp, time will tell if it holds a good edge, as it was a gift for Christmas and I haven’t used it much yet. As a plus, It was provided in a very nice box too..

It’s a very nice cleaver knife! It comes out of the box very sharp which is a plus! It feels comfortable in the hand. The functionality of it makes it a superb knife. The Damascus is awesome and all at a very affordable price!

This was supposed to be for me but my wife loves it so much she confiscated it. This knife does it all. Cuts veggies nice and fine, blasts through any meat, and even helps with those herbs. It bends affordability and quality as well. This is my 2nd knife from this brand and I see myself adding another! 10/10

I Love this knife! Supper sharp. Perfect size for chopping, is got just the right weight to it. Very comfortable to hold. And so far after using this for 6 months now, it is just as sharp as the day I got it. I do use a steel before using it though.

I decided that I needed a good cleaver for doing things like separating ribs, chopping meat, etc. This knife is everything it promised to be. It is a very heavy blade and it is very sharp. It is so sharp and so easy to hold that I’ve been using it for cutting vegetables as well as prepping meat. I made a flank steak last night and this knife cut diagonally against the grain like a laser! For the price, you just can’t beat this thing and it’s beautiful too. Get one for yourself, you’ll be glad you did.
