I use this in my local community gym which doesn't readily have chalk available nor is it an environment where you want to make a big mess. This works well and lasts through my entire workout with little mess. Anything left around can easily be cleaned up with your common sanitation cleaner and a paper towel.

This chalk gets the job done and a bottle of this can really go the distance. My gym doesn't allow normal chalk, so I get by using liquid chalk which doesn't leave a mess behind. This stuff ensures that my pull ups and deadlifts are never limited by my grip slipping :)

Great product works as advertised! Was recommended to give this spider chalk a shot and was impressed with the little mess it makes, no chalk leaves your hands. Ex.) Deadlifting with spider chalk doesn’t leave behind a white residue on the barbell. It stays on well and won’t wipe off easily unless rinsed under water. I recommend this to anyone that works out.

I use it for hook gripping. Works great. This was my 3rd bottle of this chalk!

I’ve never used liquid chalk before so my only comparison for this was normal gym chalk (for CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting).Overall, I’m really happy with this product. Doesn’t easily come off your hands when you start sweating so you don’t need to keep reapplying every 30 seconds but then once you really wash your hands after your workout, it comes off easily enough.

Spider Chalk must have a seriously effective promotional campaign to the extent that every where internet there are lauded with effusive praises. There is nothing enticing about this product except that it is "US-Made". If you're someone who deadlift more than 300 lbs, don't buy this product unless you want to apply chalk to your hands every 2 minutes PROFUSELY. And it takes 30 seconds to dry (a very long time indeed...) The bar keeps slipping out of my hand, and I have a STRONG grip (I do 405 conventional deadlifting with no strap).Worst liquid chalk I've ever used, period.
