This is a good product, does help with digestion and being regular, however after I take one, I am starving for the rest of the day. I really can not eat enough to feel full. I didn't see other reviews stating this, so I guess it's just me.

Update one month in: For girlies like me who suffer from PMS mood and physical symptoms and omg the cravings please give this a try. I wanted to buy a chocolate yesterday to prepare for PMS omg wanted to throw up from the sight of anything sweet or sugary. Also my baked good cravings are gone with this one. I’m eating healthy thanks to this. Im taking 30 minutes before breakfast with plenty of water remember plenty and that alone is enough to control my cravings all day long and hunger crashes. Energy is up and able to lift weights at the gym. Added magnesium glycinate at night and these two are powerhouses to push through the luteal phase mood swings and hunger crashes. It was giving me stomach upset and 90 billion seemed to be bit high, but with time you will get used to it. I’m only taking half the dosage. Original: What a surprise next thing I noticed, I didn’t feel hungry anymore and I couldn’t stand the sight of sugary snacks and even noticed a little sugar added to my coffee seemed too sweet. I suffer from fatigue and taking these improved my fatigue in few days only. I also suffer from PMDD and it alls starts once I ovulate and this time none of that. I am also taking Ollys saffron supplements along with this so maybe that made a slight difference as well. However, I don’t know the science behind it but my stomach is not hungry anymore and I started eating healthier along with this and eat less and still have so much energy that I started weightlifting lol. Give this try and maybe work your way up because two capsules were too much for me.

I love these probiotics and I love the price even more. They have no taste or smell and they are fairly small. I haven’t had any side effects of any sort and would definitely recommend to someone looking for something more affordable!

This worked too well. I tried twice and each time it resulted in major gastrointestinal upset . I have found that I have to be very careful using a probiotic and absolutely don’t go with anything prebiotic . But that being said it’s probably due to my particular sensitivity rather than a fault with the product. Just saying approaching with caution especially if you have any ongoing gastrointestinal problems.
