Attached this to the back of my Quest Pro with some 3M double stick foam tape and it works perfectly. The weight helps balance the headset too. Comes with the battery and now I can hot swap between the other BoBo battery I had and play endlessly. Great solution if you want to extend your play time.

This is a great replacement for the original charging dark , was very easy to switch out the parts and charges really fast and still works great as a counter weight, feels just as secure as the original

Product does not charge the battery itself (you would probably be looking for the PD100), but this product is less than half the price of a standalone B100 battery, so there is no reason to buy the other one

I purchased the BovoVr Sports version elite strap, which included their upgrade kit as an option. The battery comes separate (not attached). As it was, it took me a few attempts to get the battery holder to stay in place on the elite strap. It would have been nice if it has been installed since I had ordered both together as a package deal. It's clear that the BovoVR elite strap is designed to hold their battery, so why not have an "installed" version ready to ship out? That being said, I would have preferred if the battery was positioned lower, below the back part of the head strap to better counter weight the Q3 headset. But of course, that wouldn't work with their current design, due to gravity. All considered, the battery works well, and the magnetism is strong, so it's not going anywhere unless you give it a good shake. Just the same, I've super careful not to turn it upside down since the battery holder fell off a few times when I was doing the required install. All considered, the battery upgrade kit is a must have "if" you play VR sports to counter weight the Meta headset.

I attached this to the back of my Globular Cluster Quest Pro headset strap using heavy duty velcro (I drilled no holes nor used the included screws) and it keeps the headset charged for the life of the battery - which is a few hours. If you get this along with one or two additional batteries and the quick-charging plate, you can quite literally hot swap batteries, set the empty ones to charge and continue to rotate in this way indefinitely. I have played for 14 straight hours using full face and eye tracking functionality and while swapping low batteries, never got the headset below 75%. I have also used the Bobo Hot Swap battery head strap for my Quest 3 with the same results. If you want to be able to play continuously and wirelessly with your headset, these things are what you need.

It was easy to install and now my headset actually stays charged instead of dying while plugged in like the old battery. Worthwhile upgrade!

This is not a charging dock. It is an upgrade kit for a BOBOVR M1/M2/M3 Strap to attach the external battery to it, but it doesn't actually charge the battery. I don't have that strap, but the kit was cheaper than a stand alone battery anyway, so I kept it. Just be warned, the picture is correct, but the title and description are not. At least at the time I ordered it.

Parfait pour faire l’upgrade de mon Quest 3 avec ces nouvelles batteries :-) Elles fonctionnent parfaitement bien et s’activent automatiquement lorsque vous les connectez à la sangle. Néanmoins après une période en veille prolongée, il faut parfois faire une activation manuelle en déconnectant/reconnectant la batterie. Je n’ai pas prêter attention aux conditions particulières de ce cas de figure car je vérifie de toute manière à chaque utilisation que le casque charge bien.

Sistema instalado en un M3 Mini. Comparada con otras baterías externas para VR que tengo este producto denota calidad por los 4 costados en su fabricación. Los imanes mantienen la batería firmemente unida, el peso extra se nota en los giros rápidos pero también balancea muy bien el visor. La potencia de carga es excelente, no he testeado la capacidad real pero a ojo diría que cumple con lo prometido. Muy contento con la compra. Vienen demasiados tornillos extra, con los que ya trae la correa hubiese bastado.
