These sets of chainring bolts are very useful for standard attachment of chainrings, but also useful for modifying the chain line of single chainring setups when using a double chainring type crankset, and some single chainring cranks. I have used several of these sets from different vendors to set up singles on double and triple cranks. They were perfect for aligning the chain line. This would work on 8, 9, 10, 11 gear rear cog sets.They are naturally perfectly suitable for standard use, such as the bolts for a double. The longest set of bolts are probably best for use in changing the spacing to correct the chain line using spacers. I'm used 4-6mm spacers to correct alignment using the long bolts. I suppose they could also be used on some type of triple, but I don't recall any crankset that mounts a triple ring like that.The first set I bought of these (from another vendor) were paid for. I got these under the Vine program. I've gotten these from three different vendors and all sets were identical, and packed in the same, identical little cube shaped box. All hardware is separated in recloseable plastic bags, singles, doubles, triple bolts, in separate bags, and the 1mm and 2mm spacers in separate bags. Compact, nice and neat.The finish is very good.
