The flavour is very strong ,I added it to my drink bottle to make it more pleasant to drink the allotted daily water amount

I like these, decent price. Handy packs, I take a couple to work. Most of the powder dissolves but a residue does gather at the bottom of my bottle. Would still buy again.

Not sure if it is working and if the quality is good enough. The taste is nice.

As others have said, the taste is nit good, there is loads like sand left in bottom no matter how much you shake it, not sure it even made a difference to my health like pots.

Very good product - increased my energy levels especially during the gym. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again soon. Good value for money too

These are truly awful. And I don’t say that lightly as someone who is a regular consumer of electrolytes and I shouldn’t have deviated from my usual brand ‘for a change’. From the packaging with the most low res font print on it imaginable, to the flavours not being as described, to the luminous/nuclear colour of each flavour, the fact it doesn’t dissolve, tastes questionable and with a lasting aftertaste of chemicals that you can enjoy all day. You can also look forward to your pee being the same luminous colour for a day or so. Not only is it overpriced, but it’s utterly diabolical value for that fact. A complete waste of money

good taste

The taste takes sometime getting used to. Can't say awful after many uses. Residue left at the bottom is worth mentioning. When you touch it it feels sandy but can squeeze is it to make a milky paste. Sort of like trying to dissolve lime stone. So doesn't mix 100%. Poor quality. Keto friendly. Can't use it in anything but your water. Quite poor versatility in that sense.

These taste like trash in water, I did use them in a carnivore desert for sweetness and they were good for that.

The one thing that stands out for me is when I sweat a lot, my muscles usually cramp up. While taking this product, I get no muscle cramp. I highly recommend this product.

Can't stay hydrated enough in the summer months -- whichespcially true for my kids who are either swimming, playing lacrosse or baseball. It is also essential for me, the spectator, who is typically baking in the sun watching these performances.I love these. No sugar. Great taste. Can take the little pouches everywhere and add them to a bottle of cold water. Less expensive than some of the other more well known brands and seems to be just as potent. Two thumbs up!

I've been taking electrolyte pills for years. First took the Hammer Nutrition pills that were very similar to these. Guess they went out of business so I have tried these and just finished my first bottle. Much easier to take when running or exercising in my opinion. I've run many races and was severely dehydrated. I found these and will always take them. I also ride my bike to work and on those hot and humid days I'll be sure to take a few to be sure I'm not sweating out all my water. There are also times when working in the yard and I'll take them. You have to keep salt in your system so that your body can absorb that water. These are a great alternative to sports drinks much cheaper and in my opinion more effective.
