Low & Slow: Comfort Food for Cold Nights

What a great book! The pictures are drool-inducing and the directions are easy to follow. A nice way to enjoy many meat-centric dishes when barbeque grilling isn't possible.

Poor quality control on this used book. All some had to do is flip through a few of the pages of this book to notice. The first thing I noticed was that the binding did not seem very firm, and then discovered the reason was that there were enough pages ripped out that the book binding was not stable.
