I am a woman and measured JUST into the L/XL size. It was too big on the shoulder - the straps were fine but there was too much bulk/material on the top of the shoulder. GREAT customer service. There was a card inside to contact them if there were issues. They are sending me a small/medium and no need to return the large.I have 2 torn rotator cuffs. I have been getting steroid injections but it’s been a few months and I’ve had a flare up this past week. I sleep on my sides and I’ve woken up every morning in excruciating pain. I’ve been icing, using lidocaine patches, taking Advil etc. I wore these last night (even though too big) and I slept through the night! No excruciating pain in the morning!So, yes, I highly recommend for torn rotator cuffs.

I stupidly decided I wanted to learn to skateboard at 41 🤦‍♀️ Fell and tore ligaments in my entire bicep and rotator cuff. I wore a sling for 2 weeks then felt like I still needed some support/stability so got this. At first it seemed pointless as it didn't really keep my shoulder back like I thought it would (it likes to fall forward) but I noticed whenever I have it on the pain goes away so clearly it's working! I've been wearing it for over a week now and most likely will be for awhile. Great customer service as well, I didn't have any problems but registered for the warranty and resistance band and received prompt replies!

I am seven weeks post rotator cuff surgery and now at that stage where I can be out of the sling, but am finding that my shoulder still needs a bit of support. I decided to try this shoulder brace and it's been great! It has provided good stability to my shoulder. I'm able to wear it for a long period of time while I type and work at my desk. I have even worn it while sleeping and my arm wakes up less sore than without it. So overall is been a great addition to my healing journey.I knocked it down one star (it would have been half a star if that was an option) because it irritates my skin. I wish the inside cloth was soft, but the material used is a bit abrasive. This is a problem for me because I tend to mostly wear tank tops and sleeveless shirts . If you're not like me in that regard, it shouldn't be a problem at all. To remedy this, I use a soft piece of material in between so that it doesn't irritate my skin. It does the trick!

Like most people here I was in search of something to give me some sort of relief from my torn rotator cuff. I am not eager to have surgery no my eager to receive the cortisol shots for relief. My problems happen more so at night the discomfort comes when I'm sleeping and I feel pretty confident that is because I tend to roll over during sleep on the right side which is the side that has the torn rotator cuff. My first night, I used this strap to stabilize my shoulder, I ended up tossing and turning more than I typically do. Not sure if it was an adjustment issue or if I was just having a really bad night, but the next morning I was exhausted and it felt like the strap was pinching in the back of my shoulder. What happened dealing with this off and on for the past year, the idea of going through another night of restlessness was unbearable so I decided to return this shoulder strap. I have red lots of positive reviews from other customers and I was looking forward to that. It may be a time thing where you have to become acclimated to it. I decided to return it and the company has issued me a refund without any issues.

It had a card inside of the packaging about if the product doesn't fit write to email them. Well mine happen to be a bit big on me so I messaged them and they got back to me immediately on a weekend at that. And they're sending me the correct size and for my convenience not making me send the big one back. So customer service with this company is AMAZZZZING. Thank you.And the product is wonderful.

These guys earned our praise & gratitude! The Lge was too large & the Sm too small. They let my hubbie interchange parts rom both to come up with the best fit! How tremendous is that??He says its well made,, not bulkyAnd easy to put on. Thank you Fight Tech & well done!

The construction itself seems good. I can't comment on its effectiveness because I could only wear it for 15 minutes. I've had neoprene items before and they always have a little smell to them, but this thing is horrible. I washed it 3 times, let it air out overnight, and it still smells so bad. Worse, after wearing it for 15 minutes, my shirt smelled as bad as this thing. Two stars only because the company reached out to me, but no thanks, I'm not doing this again, you only get one chance to do it right with me.

The brace is good quality and material however was too small and hence too tight. I received a very quick reply from the seller that a replacement brace was being sent.
