Unsatisfactory Customer Service
This product worked for 2 weeks. I contacted the manufacturer TYMO and they asked for shipping details, a video for their technical team to see that the product wasn't working and then another video. They then refused to replace the item and said it was because they did not sell direct to me (I bought through Amazon). I gave them all the details even the barcode on the box and receipts. Very poor service

I used it 2 times only and get damaged. I couldn't refund it or return it as the merchant is not responding.

Stopped working 1 week after the return window
Worked really well, my daughter and I loved it. Around 6 weeks after buying it stopped working.
