I recently gifted my a child the HATCHIMALS Alive, Mystery Hatch Draggle, and it has been an absolute delight! From the moment we unwrapped it, the excitement was palpable. This was one of the best gifts I could have ever bought. I bought it for my 3 years old. I was worried she’d be too young as It’s a one time experience but all phases of hatching are nicely paced so didn’t miss out on anything. I strongly suggest reading through the leaflet well, as lots of actions to do to help with hatching and play afterwards. It really is a wow toy and does everything advertised. The hatchimal can be played with afterwards with the various actions and sounds it can make. Definitely keep the leaflet for a while afterwards as I forgot some of the functions and what you have to do to trigger them. It quite durable as my toddler has dropped and bashed it around quite abit and battery life is still strong after 2 months. Truly adorable toy for girls and for the price I would definitely recommend.

My daughter really enjoyed the whole hatching process, which made opening the toy more exciting than just taking it out of a box. The toy itself is cute and has been played with quite a lot since. If your child enjoys surprises and imaginative play, this is a nice little gift.

Bought as a gift for an 8YO girl. She knew the brand and packaging as soon as she opened it and was very excited. What was great is that it was a family/group interaction as the toy 'hatches'. We read through the step by step instructions and set the toy centre stage for the show. With whizzing around, cooing noises and a little smoke (to be expected with however they get this thing to hatch and nothing to worry about) the girl had an absolute blast! There was build up on the hatching part which does take around 10 minutes i'd say. Then when it did pop up, she was immediately playing with it, flying it around and getting it to do all the interactions. Her mum did roll her eyes at me as if to say, 'great now I'm going to have this thing chirping non stop!' but was great to see how much her kid loved it.

I bought this for a Christmas party, fully aware that my friends would be getting absolutely hammered, and I have no regrets. This Hatchimal was the unexpected star of the evening. From the moment the egg came out of the box, the room was captivated. We all took turns nurturing it, rocking it gently, tapping it, and cooing over it like it was an actual baby. When it started making noises, the excitement reached fever pitch. Then came the first crack in the egg. The squeals were deafening, half joy and half genuine terror. Someone shouted, “It’s moving!” and a debate broke out about whether this was a good idea. After all, countless films have shown us the awful things that happen when you investigate strange eggs. Yet, despite our horror, we couldn’t look away. When the purple Draggle finally emerged, we were in awe. The room erupted in cheers, and I am now the proud dad of this slightly creepy yet adorable creature. Sure, it only hatches once, and yes, it is a bit expensive for what it is (don't think of the amount of plastic going to landfill!) but the sheer chaos, laughter, and group bonding it created were priceless. If you’re looking for a hilarious and slightly surreal party activity, this is it. Just be prepared for a rollercoaster of emotions, and maybe a bit of existential dread, before your Hatchimal makes its grand debut.

My daughter loves dragons she’s 3 nearly 4 yr old. She loved the hatching experience she has always asked for her own dragon I stumbled upon this I knew instantly I had to buy. I’m so glad I did she is loving playing with her dragon. Hatched in about 10mins and it was beautiful to watch my daughter’s face filled with excitement. She hasn’t put it down since she got it. She sleeps with it takes it with her everywhere she is now the proud parent of a dragon and has asked for just 2 more lol good job her birthday is coming up soon. I just wish they done a double pack as that would be so cute. This version is way better than the older hatchimals as my older daughter had them. And the dragons are far too cute. Worth every penny I spent on it to see my daughter experience such beautiful happiness. That’s a moment I will never forget and I know she won’t either.

Hatching the egg was so much fun. Kids loved watching it light up, play music, crack the egg and eventually peek out! The little dragon is so cute and still loves music and cuddles (its heart lights up). Was an expensive toy but great experience

Absolutely fantastic! The way the toys hatch, what they do, the long lasting batteries. My daughters have and are having endless fun with it. Seems like a new version of the furbies!

Rolig leksak med massor av ljud och kul första gången man har den då den ska kläckas ur ägget det krävs lite tålamod men är så fint sen och är det födelsedag så sjunger den happy birthday när det kläckts :)
