This item fits my head like it was made for me I know it sounds weird but I do collect hats and military helmets I have quite a few in my collection I also have in my collection Star wars helmets to get back to the item it is a very well put together item if anybody would want a pith helmet they are made very well l&i would suggest anybody to buy one they are definitely not a load of rubbish

Definitely looks the part and the quality makes the rest of my fancy dress costume look cheap (which, frankly, it was: it's why I upgraded the hat in the first place). My only issue is that the helmet is very round and thus feels tight front-to-back, even if I adjust the headband to the max. It is possible to remove the headband entirely, it seems, to create more space but that may prove uncomfortable so I will instead try to compress the sides for a couple of days prior to use, which has the effect of making it longer. But in any event it'll do the job and I expect to have it 'borrowed' by others when I wear it.

As described this is a replica of the British army pith helmet from the Zulu era.The hat is adjustable in size thanks to velcro adjustable headband.I can't help going into full Windsor Davies It ain't half hot mum mode when wearing itI'm planning to wear it at the Church BBQ and various social events.

briilliant !! Just as i hoped it would be. Needed it for a cc1910 stage production, With the addition of insignia it looks really good .Could have got a vintage one but it would have been soiled .and may not have been right size. This one is adjustable. Service was excellent. Arrived within two days of placing the order, several days earlier than expected. Thank you.

Bought for a Steampunk outfit, this is a great hat. It adjusts via a velcro section in the leather sweatband to fit my wife perfectly (54cm) but is a bit tight on me (61cm). It may adust a bit more once it's been 'broken in' and the sweatband has settled into shape. I'll certainly be buying another.

Die Verarbeitung der Glocke ist sehr gut und sauber. Leider ist der Kinnriemen miserabel. Auch das Helmfutter sollte kompakter sein. Jeder wäre sicher bereit ein wenig mehr zu bezahlen, wenn der Kinnriemen breiter, dicker und besser verarbeitet wäre.
