Has a good quantity of vitamin Bs. I hope the quality is good. They lose a star for having to take 2 caps to get the "serving". They should just put that amount in one capsule. If they want more B vitamins per serving, put it in one capsule and make a "serving" one capsule.

Taking this for peripheral neuropathy pain and it's been amazing! I highly recommend it for others that have nerve damage.
