These Viking inspired rocking choppers are made to rock back and forth on the cutting board allowing for finely chopped herbs and vegetables with little effort. These choppers are forged from high carbon steel, hand ground and after heat treatment to high hardness, finish ground again, by hand. After forging and grinding these choppers are cleaned, warmed and coated with edible vegetable oil. After use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse and towel dry. A wipe with oil and your prize chopper is in ready to use condition.
