These are quite neat! I got two of them to press on my temples, and they definitely get the job done. I was worried they would be too soft, but they are quite firm, with only a slight amount of give. This makes them comfortable to use, but not painful. I have large hands, so they are a little bit small for me to hold comfortably, and there is a slight raised edge where the two halves of the mold came together during manufacturing. Because of these two things I knocked off a star, but overall they get the job done and I do recommend these.

This “blue” acupressure tool is perfect for hands, back, neck, and feet. It delivers firm pressure and really helps release tight spots and knots because every corner and point serves a purpose. The lightweight design makes it easy and comfortable to use. Great tool for a great price!

Good concept but needs work. Definitely needs a larger base. It does not sit flat and steady very easily, and it has a tendency to tip and slide off the point you're trying to target on your neck or back.

Best $8 I’ve spent. Gets the really deep knots and triggers the triggers. It hurts but it’s the only relief I could get without paying someone else to get the back trap area. It’s like a hard rubber material with just enough give to keep from injuring you but stiff enough to do the job and hold up to weight and retain its shape would like to see a wider base or overall lager but it gets my tight shoulders to spasm and release

I had an Ashley Black fascia blaster and it was almost $100. This one is much easier to handle. Take a bath or shower to heat your fascia, and apply massage oil and massage back and forth in a straight line. Do NOT go in circles, that ties your fascia in knots and we are trying to get rid of the lumps and bumps. Very happy with this!!

This item is a psoas muscle release massaging tool. Working those psoas muscles on either side of the spine really helps develop your core, and one day I will be able to do that exercise. The tool is quite a simple device that uses your own body weight to be the pressure used to massage your muscles. I use it for my shoulders where I place it at the back of my high back chair and just use one side to do some deep tissue massaging of each shoulder. The other area I use it on is the lower hip section where I'm on my backside to hit on the iliacus. As I said, I need to work on being able to do the front lowering for the psoas, but I'll get there. The tool is hard plastic with a grip on the underside so it doesn't slide when being used. The price point is probably on the high side given it's a simple tool, but if you are using it, it has good value. I'm very pleased with this massage tool.

This is such a great product! When used with a body oil or cream it glides so smoothly across you, it also works great over clothing. I have a few different hand held tools like this but I find the nubs at different heights and sizes really feels different. You have to apply minimal pressure and it is so nice. The different ends on it one has "two nubs" and the other "single larger and pointy" are great to apply pressure with little effort when you find a tender point or knot. The handle is easy to hang on to. It also is great on shoulders and easy to use by yourself!

Wow wow wow! Instant relief! I have been suffering for close to a yr with hip and groin pain. To the point where I could barely walk some days- shuffling like a 90 yr old. The psoa tool came today and I laid on it for a few minutes and wow- I could walk with no pain. I am absolutely blown away! And TMI but It also released some bowel function! Win win all Around! Don’t wait! Get this tool if you are suffering!

Cannot fault this for the price. It's easily solid and stable enough for me (although I only weigh 65kg). It really hits the Psoas muscles and can be used for other areas too (e.g. glutes). There are loads of YouTube videos available showing how to use it so the basic instructions are not an issue.

J’ai essayé et vraiment je ne suis pas convaincue. Cet outil de massage pour libération du spoas peut s’avérer dangereux et douloureux si il n’est pas correctement utilisé, le mode d’emploi est très succinct. Je veux éviter une blessure, je le retourne
