Great product that works! I wish that I knew about this product before. I like the regular strength Midol, it helps calm down PMS symptoms, but this strength works fast and well. I will definitely purchase again.

Good medicine but I seem to have difficulty swallowing these caplets for some reason.

Life saver
I suffer from uterine fibroids and am in between surgeries to have them removed and have had constant discomfort/pain and cramping. Regular Midol wasn’t even cutting it and even so, the caffeine in it meant I couldn’t be taking it later in the day. SO GLAD I stumbled upon this; it’s helped IMMENSELY. Wish I knew about it earlier!
