Q: I've paired the G-Max to a Cardo Spirit. The Cardo can play music and use the Intercom. The G-Max can only intercom, no music plays. Is this expected?

With the phone connected first, you can enter the intercom mode after pairing with the Cardo. In this mode, you can press the power button to switch between music playback and intercom. However, music playback and intercom cannot be used simultaneously. Hope that can help you.

Q: Has anyone ridden with these on ruff moto dirtbike terrain, does device fall off ??

Our Gmax packaging includes two types of fasteners: one is secured with screws, and the other is secured with 3M adhesive tape. Both fastening methods are suitable for riding on rough mountain roads without any issues. Hope thats can help you.
