Blood tests showed I was low in carnitine so I tried a jar and it did raise the level back to normal for now. Too much is hard on the kidneys so take it easy, especially if you consume a lot of meat.

Honestly, I developed nausea on day 3 taking the L-Carnitine and stop taking it on day 4. I followed the directions increased my fluid intake, and tried taking it with food but the results were the same. The quality and quantity of the brand is a good value, but it was just not right for me.
