Didn't work for me!

Worked almost immediately for my hydrogen dominant SIBO (when Hydrogen-producing bacteria are fermenting carbohydrates in your small intestine). I’d get severe painful bloating any time I ate anything, didn’t matter what. No elimination diet I was on helped. Then I tried this berberine & couldn’t believe the change. It helps calm the fermentation when I take one with a meal. I tried so many other supplements & nothing has worked til I found this. So incredibly thankful. Start with one a day for SIBO. Hope this helps someone suffering with painful bloating.
